as_o samuel_n profane_a people_n will_v take_v up_o the_o ordinance_n of_o god_n as_o if_o they_o have_v life_n to_o go_v through_o they_o as_o well_o as_o the_o people_n of_o god_n but_o when_o the_o law_n come_v it_o plain_o convince_v a_o man_n it_o make_v he_o feel_v and_o understand_v that_o he_o have_v no_o activity_n or_o life_n to_o perform_v any_o thing_n please_v to_o almighty_a god_n a_o dead_a man_n can_v do_v nothing_o he_o be_v cut_v off_o from_o all_o the_o action_n of_o the_o live_n dead_a man_n they_o can_v devise_v aught_o they_o can_v purpose_v aught_o they_o can_v work_v aught_o so_o when_o the_o law_n of_o god_n be_v charge_v upon_o a_o man_n and_o show_v he_o that_o he_o be_v but_o a_o dead_a man_n and_o a_o damn_a man_n now_o he_o see_v he_o can_v as_o well_o back_o if_o he_o look_v not_o to_o himself_o no_o man_n be_v ever_o so_o zealous_a but_o he_o may_v be_v lukewarm_a if_o he_o look_v not_o to_o it_o no_o man_n be_v ever_o so_o quicken_v but_o he_o may_v be_v deaden_v if_o he_o look_v not_o to_o it_o therefore_o he_o that_o stand_v let_v he_o take_v heed_n lest_o he_o fall_v four_o because_o the_o child_n of_o god_n be_v command_v still_o to_o grow_v in_o grace_n because_o there_o be_v no_o grace_n yet_o receive_v or_o that_o can_v be_v receive_v in_o this_o world_n be_v enough_o to_o keep_v they_o from_o fall_v total_o away_o if_o a_o corruption_n and_o temptation_n they_o have_v and_o how_o backward_o their_o own_o heart_n be_v and_o how_o soon_o they_o be_v surprise_v that_o they_o have_v much_o ado_n to_o keep_v that_o which_o be_v begin_v in_o they_o much_o more_o to_o increase_v it_o and_o grow_v in_o it_o nay_o the_o child_n of_o god_n may_v so_o far_o fall_v away_o that_o in_o their_o own_o sense_n and_o feeling_n they_o may_v think_v that_o they_o have_v not_o a_o jot_n of_o grace_n so_o that_o they_o be_v sometime_o ready_a to_o conclude_v against_o themselves_o that_o they_o have_v no_o grace_n they_o be_v never_o wrought_v upon_o never_o subdue_v many_o time_n it_o be_v thus_o and_o though_o they_o do_v not_o conclude_v thus_o yet_o how_o often_o be_v they_o put_v to_o this_o desperate_a lift_n to_o good_a husband_n and_o receive_v new_a supply_n from_o heaven_n so_o that_o we_o say_v that_o no_o grace_n receive_v can_v keep_v a_o man_n from_o fall_v but_o that_o he_o may_v fall_v total_o away_o in_o himself_o now_o to_o come_v to_o the_o true_a reason_n why_o a_o child_n of_o god_n can_v fall_v total_o away_o but_o something_o of_o the_o image_n of_o god_n shall_v remain_v in_o he_o though_o he_o may_v lose_v much_o yet_o he_o shall_v not_o lose_v all_o but_o something_o shall_v be_v remain_v in_o he_o the_o reason_n of_o this_o be_v nothing_o else_o but_o the_o mere_a goodness_n of_o
