temptation_n 1_o cor._n 15.58_o be_v steadfast_a and_o unmoveable_a abound_v in_o the_o work_n of_o the_o lord_n that_o be_v if_o you_o be_v strong_a you_o will_v be_v unmoveable_a and_o abound_v in_o from_o they_o by_o force_n of_o temptation_n reas_n 4_o four_o without_o strength_n if_o we_o shall_v chance_v to_o fall_v we_o can_v get_v up_o again_o 3.2_o what_o man_n be_v there_o that_o fall_v not_o in_o many_o thing_n we_o offend_v all_o how_o often_o do_v the_o godly_a man_n fall_v into_o sin_n through_o weakness_n and_o infirmity_n and_o ignorance_n and_o sometime_o in_o a_o worse_a break_v than_o he_o may_v get_v up_o again_o as_o the_o body_n if_o it_o have_v abundance_n of_o sore_n and_o blain_n and_o divers_a disease_n and_o distemper_n upon_o it_o yet_o as_o long_o as_o the_o strength_n of_o nature_n last_v it_o may_v work_v they_o out_o again_o if_o you_o give_v this_o man_n physic_n as_o long_o as_o the_o strength_n of_o nature_n last_v physic_n may_v do_v he_o good_a but_o if_o the_o strength_n of_o nature_n be_v go_v the_o disease_n will_v overcome_v he_o it_o will_v be_v his_o death_n so_o it_o be_v with_o a_o christian_a as_o long_o as_o there_o be_v any_o spiritual_a strength_n in_o he_o it_o will_v work_v out_o corruption_n if_o a_o man_n have_v strong_a relation_n to_o god_n strong_a interest_n in_o christ_n strong_a apprehension_n of_o the_o evil_a of_o sin_n and_o of_o the_o goodness_n of_o god_n way_n strong_a fear_n of_o god_n and_o a_o strong_a judgement_n these_o will_v work_v out_o
never_o so_o stout_a and_o courageous_a no_o man_n ever_o go_v so_o far_o in_o the_o way_n of_o god_n but_o he_o may_v turn_v back_o if_o he_o look_v not_o to_o himself_o no_o man_n be_v ever_o so_o zealous_a but_o he_o may_v be_v lukewarm_a if_o he_o look_v not_o to_o it_o no_o man_n be_v ever_o so_o quicken_v but_o he_o may_v be_v deaden_v if_o he_o look_v not_o to_o it_o therefore_o he_o that_o stand_v let_v he_o take_v heed_n lest_o he_o fall_v four_o because_o the_o child_n of_o god_n be_v command_v still_o to_o grow_v in_o grace_n because_o there_o be_v no_o grace_n yet_o receive_v or_o that_o can_v be_v receive_v in_o this_o world_n be_v enough_o to_o keep_v they_o from_o fall_v total_o away_o if_o a_o man_n think_v with_o himself_o this_o grace_n i_o have_v be_v enough_o i_o they_o much_o more_o to_o increase_v it_o and_o grow_v in_o it_o nay_o the_o child_n of_o god_n may_v so_o far_o fall_v away_o that_o in_o their_o own_o sense_n and_o feeling_n they_o may_v think_v that_o they_o have_v not_o a_o jot_n of_o grace_n so_o that_o they_o be_v sometime_o ready_a to_o conclude_v against_o themselves_o that_o they_o have_v no_o grace_n they_o be_v never_o wrought_v upon_o never_o subdue_v many_o time_n it_o be_v thus_o and_o though_o they_o do_v not_o conclude_v thus_o yet_o how_o often_o be_v they_o put_v to_o this_o desperate_a lift_n to_o look_v every_o moment_n when_o they_o shall_v fall_v and_o fall_v total_o and_o lose_v all_o they_o shall_v not_o have_v a_o relic_n of_o grace_n in_o they_o it_o be_v thus_o with_o the_o saint_n of_o god_n last_o without_o will_v consume_v they_o all_o unless_o a_o man_n be_v a_o good_a husband_n and_o receive_v new_a supply_n from_o heaven_n so_o that_o we_o say_v that_o no_o grace_n receive_v can_v keep_v a_o man_n from_o fall_v but_o that_o he_o may_v fall_v total_o away_o in_o himself_o now_o to_o come_v to_o the_o true_a reason_n why_o a_o child_n of_o god_n can_v fall_v total_o away_o but_o something_o of_o the_o image_n of_o god_n shall_v remain_v in_o he_o though_o he_o may_v lose_v much_o yet_o he_o shall_v not_o lose_v all_o but_o something_o shall_v be_v remain_v in_o he_o the_o reason_n of_o this_o be_v nothing_o else_o but_o the_o mere_a goodness_n of_o god_n to_o he_o that_o god_n will_v not_o let_v he_o so_o fall_v and_o god_n have_v covenant_v so_o with_o he_o that_o
