by_o the_o positive_a law_n of_o man_n and_o not_o by_o the_o law_n of_o god_n amphil._n yea_o true_o by_o the_o positive_a law_n of_o man_n which_o godly_a constitution_n be_v now_o no_o less_o to_o be_v obey_v under_o the_o gospel_n be_v command_v by_o a_o christian_n prince_n than_o the_o divine_a institution_n be_v to_o be_v obey_v under_o the_o law_n and_o although_o tithe_n be_v due_a by_o the_o positive_a law_n of_o man_n yet_o be_v the_o same_o ground_a upon_o the_o word_n of_o god_n and_o command_v as_o well_o by_o god_n as_o by_o man_n and_o therefore_o he_o that_o break_v this_o ordinance_n be_v a_o excellent_a policy_n violate_v the_o commandment_n of_o god_n and_o breke_v the_o constitution_n of_o his_o liege_n prince_n to_o his_o damnation_n except_o he_o repent_v theod._n must_v every_o one_o pay_v his_o tithe_n true_o to_o every_o pastor_n whether_o he_o be_v aught_o or_o naught_o learned_a or_o unlearned_a without_o any_o exception_n or_o may_v he_o detain_v it_o any_o man_n give_v either_o tithe_n or_o any_o duty_n else_o to_o their_o pastor_n be_v a_o unfit_a and_o a_o unable_a person_n he_o be_v partaker_n with_o he_o of_o his_o sin_n he_o communicate_v with_o other_o man_n offence_n and_o he_o maintain_v he_o in_o his_o idleness_n sloth_n ignorance_n and_o security_n and_o therefore_o offend_v gréevous_o but_o i_o be_o of_o opinion_n that_o everye_o man_n ought_v to_o pay_v their_o duty_n for_o else_o he_o may_v seem_v as_o i_o say_v to_o resist_v the_o power_n &_o if_o he_o be_v not_o able_a to_o discharge_v his_o duty_n to_o pray_v for_o his_o remove_n and_o to_o make_v instance_n to_o they_o that_o be_v in_o authority_n appoint_v for_o the_o redress_n of_o such_o inormity_n for_o his_o displace_n and_o so_o not_o to_o attempt_v any_o thing_n without_o good_a and_o lawful_a authority_n ground_v upon_o the_o word_n for_o the_o same_o theod._n may_v a_o pastor_n that_o have_v a_o charge_n and_o a_o flock_n assign_v he_o to_o watch_v over_o have_v &_o maintainable_a live_v allow_v he_o of_o his_o flock_n preach_v in_o other_o place_n for_o money_n amphil._n he_o may_v sometime_o obtain_v licence_n for_o some_o reasonable_a cause_n of_o his_o own_o flock_n preach_v the_o word_n of_o god_n abroad_o in_o other_o place_n but_o then_o he_o ought_v to_o do_v it_o gratis_o content_v himself_o with_o the_o live_v allow_v he_o at_o home_n of_o his_o own_o parish_n notwithstanding_o if_o the_o other_o church_n where_o he_o shall_v have_v preach_v will_v voluntary_o impart_v any_o thing_n to_o the_o supply_n of_o his_o necessity_n
