respect_n of_o some_o supper_n our_o order_n which_o the_o presbyter_n have_v not_o and_o not_o gradu_fw-la only_a in_o respect_n of_o some_o superiority_n of_o degree_n which_o every_o bishop_n have_v above_o the_o presbyter_n and_o this_o appear_v plain_o by_o the_o preface_n of_o the_o book_n entitle_v the_o form_n and_o manner_n of_o make_v and_o consecrate_v bishop_n priest_n and_o deacon_n approve_v by_o the_o article_n of_o the_o church_n and_o establish_v by_o the_o law_n of_o the_o land_n in_o which_o preface_n it_o be_v say_v express_o that_o it_o be_v evident_a unto_o all_o man_n diligent_o read_v holy_a scripture_n and_o ancient_a author_n that_o from_o the_o apostle_n time_n there_o have_v be_v these_o order_n of_o minister_n in_o christ_n church_n bishop_n priest_n and_o deacon_n it_o follow_v not_o long_o after_o thus_o viz._n and_o therefore_o to_o the_o intent_n these_o order_n shall_v be_v continue_v and_o reverent_o use_v and_o esteem_v in_o this_o have_v appoint_v divers_a order_n of_o minister_n in_o thy_o church_n merciful_o behold_v this_o thy_o servant_n now_o call_v to_o the_o work_n and_o ministry_n of_o a_o bishop_n and_o replenish_v he_o so_o with_o the_o truth_n of_o thy_o doctrine_n and_o innocency_n of_o life_n that_o both_o by_o word_n and_o deed_n he_o may_v faithful_o serve_v thou_o in_o this_o office_n etc._n etc._n by_o council_n of_o carthage_n anno_fw-la 401._o or_o 3._o thereabouts_o in_o which_o council_n it_o be_v first_o ordain_v that_o in_o the_o ordination_n of_o a_o priest_n or_o presbyter_n the_o bishop_n
