up_o of_o purpose_n to_o jerusalem_n to_o see_v peter_n but_o 14_o year_n thereafter_o when_o he_o go_v up_o he_o find_v peter_n there_o and_o that_o peter_n have_v a_o oversight_n both_o of_o pastor_n and_o people_n we_o find_v in_o his_o first_o epistle_n where_o he_o write_v to_o both_o and_o exhort_v the_o elder_n that_o be_v their_o minister_n both_o of_o the_o first_o and_o second_o order_n but_o in_o special_a their_o chief_a governor_n and_o forbid_v they_o to_o exercise_v their_o power_n tyrannical_o over_o their_o inferior_n 1_o pet._n 5.1,2,3_o and_o in_o his_o second_o
