command_v that_o none_o presume_v to_o preach_v or_o make_v any_o set_a discourse_n to_o the_o people_n but_o who_o be_v license_v by_o the_o prelate_n in_o write_v who_o shall_v first_o examine_v they_o diligent_o as_o to_o their_o sufficiency_n and_o doctrine_n according_a to_o the_o holy_a council_n of_o trent_n and_o when_o there_o shall_v happen_v to_o be_v no_o prelate_n during_o the_o vacancy_n of_o the_o see_v the_o most_o illustrious_a metropolitan_a do_v commit_v the_o care_n thereof_o to_o the_o rector_n of_o the_o jesuit_n college_n of_o vaipaicotta_n in_o this_o diocese_n
