the_o gospel_n offer_v he_o for_o righteousness_n and_o life_n they_o frequent_o call_v the_o people_n of_o god_n to_o the_o examination_n and_o trial_n of_o their_o interest_n in_o christ_n by_o mark_n and_o sign_n and_o according_o furnish_v they_o with_o variety_n of_o such_o mark_n from_o the_o divers_a part_n or_o branch_n of_o sanctification_n in_o themselves_o they_o earnest_o and_o everywhere_o press_v believer_n to_o strictness_n and_o constancy_n in_o the_o duty_n of_o religion_n as_o the_o way_n wherein_o god_n will_v have_v they_o to_o walk_v they_o infer_v duty_n from_o privilege_n and_o therefore_o the_o antinomian_a dialect_n be_v a_o wild_a note_n which_o the_o generality_n of_o serious_a christian_n do_v easy_o distinguish_v from_o the_o scripture-stile_n and_o language_n 2._o the_o experience_n and_o practice_n of_o the_o saint_n record_v in_o scripture_n as_o well_o as_o our_o contemporary_n or_o those_o who_o life_n be_v record_v for_o our_o imitation_n do_v great_o secure_v we_o from_o the_o spread_a malignity_n of_o antinomianism_n converse_v with_o the_o live_n or_o read_v the_o history_n of_o dead_a saint_n and_o you_o shall_v find_v that_o in_o their_o address_n to_o god_n they_o still_o bless_v and_o praise_v he_o for_o that_o great_a and_o wonderful_a change_n of_o state_n which_o be_v make_v upon_o they_o when_o they_o first_o believe_v in_o christ_n and_o on_o their_o believe_v pass_v from_o death_n to_o life_n free_o acknowledge_v before_o god_n they_o be_v before_o their_o conversion_n equal_a in_o sin_n and_o misery_n with_o the_o vile_a wretch_n in_o the_o world_n they_o hearty_o mourn_v for_o their_o daily_a sin_n fear_v nothing_o more_o than_o sin_n no_o affliction_n in_o the_o world_n go_v so_o near_o their_o heart_n as_o sin_n do_v they_o mourn_v for_o the_o hardness_n of_o their_o heart_n that_o they_o can_v mourn_v no_o more_o for_o sin_n they_o acknowledge_v the_o rod_n of_o god_n that_o be_v upon_o they_o be_v not_o only_o the_o evidence_n of_o his_o displeasure_n against_o they_o for_o their_o sin_n but_o the_o fruit_n of_o their_o uneven_a walk_n with_o he_o and_o that_o the_o great_a of_o their_o affliction_n be_v less_o than_o the_o least_o of_o their_o iniquity_n deserve_v they_o fall_v at_o their_o father_n foot_n as_o oft_o as_o they_o fall_v into_o sin_n humble_o and_o earnest_o sue_v for_o pardon_n through_o the_o blood_n of_o christ._n they_o be_v not_o only_o sensible_a that_o god_n see_v sin_n in_o they_o but_o that_o he_o see_v such_o
