power_n of_o god_n as_o the_o tree_n themselves_o so_o we_o see_v at_o last_o that_o the_o conclusion_n lay_v down_o be_v no_o way_n prejudice_v nor_o shake_v by_o either_o of_o these_o objection_n conclu_n 14_o sect_n 25_o the_o sentence_n or_o curse_v of_o the_o law_n be_v not_o proper_o execute_v upon_o christ_n in_o his_o death_n but_o this_o death_n of_o christ_n be_v a_o ground_n or_o consideration_n unto_o god_n whereupon_o to_o dispense_v with_o his_o law_n and_o to_o let_v fall_v or_o suspend_v the_o execution_n of_o the_o penalty_n or_o curse_n therein_o threaten_v this_o be_v evident_a because_o the_o threaten_a and_o curse_n of_o the_o law_n be_v not_o at_o all_o bent_n or_o intend_v against_o the_o innocent_a or_o righteous_a but_o against_o transgressor_n only_o therefore_o god_n in_o inflict_a death_n upon_o christ_n be_v innocent_a &_o righteous_a do_v not_o follow_v the_o purport_n or_o intent_n of_o the_o law_n if_o he_o have_v inflict_v death_n upon_o as_o when_o zaleucus_n the_o locrian_a lawgiver_n cause_v one_o of_o his_o own_o eye_n to_o be_v put_v out_o that_o one_o of_o his_o son_n eye_n may_v be_v spare_v who_o according_a both_o to_o the_o death_n but_o if_o by_o the_o curse_n of_o the_o law_n we_o understand_v either_o that_o entire_a system_a and_o historical_a body_n as_o it_o be_v of_o penalty_n and_o evil_n which_o the_o law_n itself_o intend_v in_o the_o term_n or_o else_o include_v and_o take_v in_o the_o intent_n of_o the_o law_n as_o touch_v the_o quality_n of_o the_o person_n upon_o who_o it_o be_v to_o be_v execute_v in_o neither_o of_o these_o sense_n do_v christ_n suffer_v the_o curse_n of_o the_o law_n neither_o ever_o have_v it_o nor_o ever_o shall_v be_v suffer_v by_o any_o transgressor_n of_o the_o law_n that_o shall_v believe_v in_o he_o so_o that_o god_n require_v the_o death_n and_o suffering_n of_o christ_n not_o that_o the_o law_n proper_o either_o in_o the_o letter_n or_o intention_n of_o it_o
