promise_n and_o time_n to_o come_v and_o so_o afterward_o change_v their_o mind_n contrary_a to_o their_o promise_n whereupon_o follow_v many_o time_n grudge_v hatred_n and_o suit_n between_o the_o party_n and_o their_o friend_n &_o sometime_o also_o it_o follow_v that_o the_o party_n so_o promyse_v marriage_n one_o to_o a_o other_o do_v live_v in_o fornication_n and_o deadly_a sin_n with_o the_o other_o person_n which_o they_o marry_v afterward_o and_o for_o the_o further_o open_v of_o this_o matter_n you_o shall_v understande_v good_a people_n that_o if_o a_o man_n and_o woman_n do_v consent_n in_o their_o heart_n too_o be_v man_n and_o wife_n and_o do_v will_n and_o intend_v so_o to_o make_v theim selue_o by_o the_o word_n which_o they_o shall_v express_v and_o say_v one_o to_o a_o other_o and_o than_o upon_o this_o consent_n and_o agreement_n the_o man_n say_v unto_o the_o woman_n thus_o jane_n i_o promise_v thou_o by_o my_o faith_n that_o i_o will_v take_v thou_o to_o my_o wife_n and_o the_o woman_n say_v likewise_o to_o the_o man_n or_o else_o some_o other_o such_o word_n of_o promise_n to_o marry_v in_o time_n to_o come_v thinkinge_v and_o beleve_v that_o by_o those_o word_n they_o be_v iustelye_o insure_v and_o make_v man_n and_o wife_n now_o in_o this_o case_n these_o two_o person_n be_v man_n and_o wife_n before_o god_n because_o they_o will_v and_o intend_v so_o to_o be_v in_o their_o heart_n and_o also_o intend_v so_o too_o make_v theym selue_o in_o deed_n by_o their_o word_n and_o yet_o they_o be_v not_o man_n and_o wife_n before_o man_n and_o by_o the_o judgement_n of_o the_o church_n though_o they_o have_v sufficient_a record_n of_o that_o they_o do_v &_o say_v because_o they_o do_v not_o say_v the_o formal_a word_n of_o the_o present_a time_n whereby_o matrimony_n be_v contract_v without_o sayinge_v of_o which_o word_n if_o they_o can_v speak_v they_o be_v not_o insure_v and_o make_v husband_n and_o wife_n before_o man_n and_o by_o the_o judgement_n of_o the_o church_n what_o so_o ever_o they_o intend_v in_o their_o heart_n for_o the_o church_n must_v take_v the_o word_n just_o and_o judge_v what_o they_o signify_v after_o the_o common_a speak_n and_o understand_v of_o they_o and_o that_o a_o man_n may_v know_v and_o not_o after_o the_o mind_n and_o intentes_fw-la that_o person_n may_v speak_v for_o that_o can_v no_o man_n know_v but_o the_o speaker_n themselves_o and_o therefore_o in_o this_o case_n when_o the_o word_n of_o these_o two_o person_n so_o insuringe_v themselves_o be_v bring_v before_o a_o judge_n to_o be_v examine_v it_o must_v be_v determine_v that_o those_o two_o person_n be_v not_o husband_n and_o wife_n and_o yet_o if_o either_o of_o they_o do_v marry_v as_o the_o man_n a_o other_o woman_n or_o the_o woman_n
