first_o confession_n which_o be_v the_o acknowledgement_n of_o our_o sin_n and_o misery_n and_o unworthiness_n to_o receive_v psal_n 32.5_o second_o petition_n which_o be_v the_o ask_n of_o thing_n needful_a mat._n 7.7_o three_o thanksgiving_n which_o be_v the_o acknowledge_v of_o his_o power_n goodness_n and_o mercy_n and_o the_o return_v he_o praise_n and_o thanks_o for_o his_o former_a mercy_n bestow_v on_o we_o quest_n have_v we_o any_o example_n or_o pattern_n according_a to_o which_o we_o be_v to_o frame_v all_o our_o prayer_n ans_fw-fr yea_o a_o most_o absolute_a and_o perfect_a form_n give_v unto_o we_o by_o christ_n jesus_n himself_o in_o the_o 6._o of_o matthew_n common_o call_v the_o lord_n prayer_n quest_n be_v we_o not_o bind_v therefore_o unto_o that_o prayer_n to_o use_v it_o and_o none_o but_o it_o ans_fw-fr for_o the_o matter_n contain_v in_o it_o we_o be_v but_o not_o the_o form_n of_o word_n and_o although_o we_o may_v use_v the_o same_o word_n yet_o also_o we_o may_v by_o the_o example_n of_o the_o apostle_n use_v another_o form_n of_o word_n and_o yet_o offend_v not_o against_o that_o most_o absolute_a rule_n so_o long_o as_o we_o desire_v nothing_o but_o what_o be_v therein_o contain_v quest_n may_v we_o join_v in_o prayer_n with_o those_o that_o read_v their_o prayer_n in_o a_o book_n answ_n yes_o doubtless_o if_o their_o prayer_n be_v good_a for_o the_o matter_n and_o perform_v with_o reverence_n and_o affection_n even_o as_o well_o as_o we_o may_v with_o those_o that_o use_v a_o ordinary_a form_n although_o they_o do_v not_o read_v it_o in_o a_o book_n or_o with_o those_o that_o conceive_v prayer_n for_o therein_o be_v we_o stint_v as_o well_o as_o in_o join_v with_o they_o that_o pray_v out_o of_o a_o book_n and_o we_o may_v enlarge_v our_o desire_n in_o join_v with_o one_o and_o with_o the_o other_o quest_n when_o be_v we_o to_o use_v prayer_n ans_fw-fr at_o all_o time_n upon_o all_o occasion_n we_o be_v to_o lift_v up_o our_o heart_n to_o god_n by_o holy_a request_n even_o in_o every_o thing_n we_o
