unto_o the_o helthe_n of_o man_n soul_n and_o under_o this_o manner_n these_o law_n must_v be_v obseruid_a and_o keep_v in_o all_o case_n and_o every_o man_n be_v bind_v to_o keep_v they_o without_o dispensation_n for_o like_o wise_a as_o in_o the_o comune_a law_n of_o man_n no_o man_n can_v dispense_v but_z he_o of_z who_o the_o law_n have_v auctorite_n &_o strength_n &_o that_o be_v the_o maker_n of_o the_o law_n or_o else_o he_o to_z who_o the_o maker_n of_o the_o law_n have_v give_v such_o power_n so_o in_o the_o statute_n of_o god_n law_n which_o be_v of_o god_n &_o have_v their_o auctorite_n &_o strength_n of_o god_n no_o man_n have_v power_n to_o dispense_v but_z only_a god_n or_o he_o unto_o who_o god_n have_v special_o give_v such_o power_n &_o auctorite_n for_o every_o comparison_n to_o a_o comun_n law_n of_o the_o people_n now_o the_o law_n of_o god_n be_v what_o so_o ever_o belong_v to_o the_o new_a law_n of_o the_o gospel_n orel_n to_o the_o old_a law_n of_o moses_n but_o this_o be_v the_o difference_n bitwen_v the_o two_o law_n for_o the_o old_a law_n do_v appoint_v &_o set_v fourthe_o many_o thing_n and_o give_v many_o preceptis_fw-la about_o ceremony_n and_o outward_a thing_n perteyn_a unto_o the_o honour_n of_o god_n and_o also_o diverse_a precept_n of_o iugemente_n that_o do_v serve_v for_o to_o keep_v justice_n among_o man_n but_o the_o new_a law_n of_o christ_n and_o the_o law_n of_o the_o gospel_n the_o which_o be_v the_o law_n of_o liberty_n and_o freedom_n have_v no_o such_o determination_n appoyntmente_n or_o bound_n but_o be_v content_a with_o precept_n &_o instruction_n of_o good_a manner_n of_o the_o law_n of_o nature_n and_z with_o the_o article_n of_o the_o faith_n and_o with_o sacrament_n of_o grace_n and_o for_o this_o cause_n it_o be_v call_v the_o law_n of_o faith_n &_o the_o law_n of_o grace_n because_o it_o do_v determine_v which_o be_v the_o article_n of_o the_o faith_n and_o what_o be_v the_o virtue_n of_o the_o sacrament_n as_o for_o all_o other_o thing_n which_o perteyne_a to_o the_o determination_n and_o certain_a orderinge_v of_o suit_n and_o judgement_n between_o man_n and_o man_n orel_n to_o the_o orderinge_v of_o the_o service_n of_o god_n christe_o the_o maker_n of_o the_o new_a law_n do_v leave_v they_o free_o to_o be_v determine_v &_o order_v by_o the_o prelate_n of_o the_o church_n and_z by_o the_o prince_n &_o king_n that_o have_v the_o rewle_fw-mi of_o christ_n people_n wherefore_o all_o such_o manner_n determination_n and_o ordinance_n do_v perteyne_a to_o the_o law_n of_o man_n wherein_o the_o pope_n have_v power_n to_o dispense_v but_o those_o thing_n that_o be_v only_o of_o the_o law_n of_o nature_n and_o in_o the_o article_n of_o the_o faith_n and_o in_o the_o sacrament_n of_o the_o new_a law_n he_o have_v no_o power_n to_o dispense_v for_o that_o shall_v not_o be_v to_o have_v power_n for_o to_o meynteine_v the_o truth_n but_o to_o have_v power_n to_o distroye_v the_o truth_n ¶_o and_o a_o little_a after_o he_o say_v that_o the_o apostel_n in_o his_o doctrine_n give_v instruction_n two_o manner_n of_o way_n for_o some_o thing_n he_o teach_v not_o as_o his_o own_o but_o as_o publissh_v unto_o they_o the_o law_n of_o god_n as_o be_v this_o if_o you_o be_v circumcise_v christ_n shall_v help_v you_o nothing_o at_o all_o and_z many_o such_o other_o thing_n and_o in_o these_o the_o pope_n have_v no_o power_n to_o dispense_v and_o certain_a thing_n he_o tech_v as_o make_v ordinance_n by_o his_o own_o auctorite_n &_o power_n for_o he_o say_v when_o i_o come_v i_o shall_v set_v a_o order_fw-fr upon_o the_o other_o thing_n also_o he_o command_v that_o the_o getheringe_n of_o money_n for_o poor_a people_n shall_v be_v do_v on_o one_o of_o their_o holy_a day_n or_o day_n of_o rest_n the_o which_o perteyn_v not_o to_o the_o law_n of_o god_n and_o like_o wise_a also_o where_o he_o write_v that_o he_o which_o be_v bigamꝰ_n or_o twice_o marry_v shall_v not_o be_v promote_v to_o presthod_n that_o be_v not_o of_o the_o law_n of_o god_n but_o a_o ordinance_n by_o the_o auctorite_n of_o man_n give_v unto_o he_o by_o god_n ¶_o and_o hitherto_o we_o have_v rehersedde_v the_o word_n of_o thomas_n now_o beside_o he_o altissiodorense_n say_v thus_o every_o person_n be_v lawful_a to_o contracte_v marriage_n with_o any_o other_o ꝑson_n by_o the_o law_n of_o nature_n a_o few_o except_o as_o the_o father_n and_o the_o daughter_n the_o mother_n and_o the_o son_n which_o be_v except_v at_o the_o begin_v and_o except_o those_o person_n also_o which_o be_v except_v by_o the_o levitical_a for_o those_o precept_n that_o be_v there_o be_v not_o judicial_a precept_n but_o moral_n and_o perteininge_n to_o virtue_n and_o good_a manner_n you_o
