that_o be_v the_o great_a tyranny_n in_o the_o world_n or_o we_o may_v understand_v it_o of_o compel_v under_o the_o notion_n of_o truth_n and_o so_o a_o faith_n must_v be_v enforce_v which_o no_o man_n be_v capable_a of_o accomplish_v this_o way_n or_o three_o under_o the_o notion_n of_o duty_n not_o respect_v how_o the_o conscience_n of_o person_n stand_v affect_v in_o relation_n to_o it_o on_o who_o it_o be_v urge_v and_o thus_o the_o magistrate_n may_v compel_v to_o the_o do_v of_o good_a or_o avoid_v of_o evil_a by_o penal_a edict_n though_o accidental_o it_o may_v be_v against_o the_o conscience_n of_o some_o on_o who_o it_o be_v impose_v for_o the_o magistrate_n be_v not_o a_o competent_a judge_n of_o man_n conscience_n he_o can_v make_v other_o man_n conscience_n the_o have_v receive_v from_o the_o lord_n who_o minister_n he_o be_v for_o the_o right_a knowledge_n whereof_o he_o ought_v sincere_o and_o impartial_o to_o consult_v the_o word_n of_o god_n and_o his_o
