have_v great_a part_n of_o learning_n that_o have_v great_a wit_n and_o help_v of_o learning_n as_o much_o as_o may_v be_v what_o do_v they_o they_o trust_v in_o they_o and_o so_o they_o stain_v they_o therefore_o luther_n be_v wont_a to_o say_v good_a work_n be_v good_a but_o to_o trust_v in_o good_a work_n be_v damnable_a so_o nature_n and_o reason_n and_o learning_n they_o be_v good_a in_o themselves_o but_o trust_v in_o they_o they_o become_v carnal_a when_o a_o man_n neglect_v better_a rule_n for_o they_o when_o man_n scorn_v religion_n as_o your_o politician_n usual_o do_v then_o natural_a reason_n in_o regard_n of_o this_o tainture_n it_o become_v carnal_a not_o with_o fleshly_a wisdom_n or_o not_o with_o natural_a wisdom_n as_o it_o be_v a_o
i_o so_o you_o will_v judge_v of_o i_o to_o the_o end_n why_o have_v s._n paul_n such_o a_o trust_n of_o they_o as_o of_o himself_o among_o many_o reason_n this_o be_v one_o he_o know_v that_o where_o god_n have_v begin_v 1._o a_o good_a work_n he_o will_v finish_v it_o he_o see_v that_o he_o have_v begin_v a_o good_a work_n in_o they_o and_o therefore_o he_o know_v that_o he_o will_v go_v on_o be_v for_o to_o have_v a_o good_a conceit_n and_o opinion_n of_o another_o man_n especial_o the_o good_a conceit_n of_o a_o pastor_n it_o be_v a_o great_a encouragement_n and_o the_o best_a christian_n in_o the_o world_n have_v need_n of_o it_o ofttimes_o beside_o the_o judgement_n of_o themselves_o which_o be_v sometime_o shake_v by_o satan_n that_o they_o give_v a_o false_a witness_n oppose_v know_v truth_n because_o it_o come_v near_o the_o sin_n against_o the_o holy_a ghost_n but_o because_o we_o may_v err_v in_o that_o it_o be_v good_a to_o take_v the_o safe_a way_n but_o where_o we_o see_v evidence_n of_o grace_n though_o in_o never_o so_o little_a a_o measure_n let_v we_o entertain_v and_o cherish_v a_o good_a hope_n because_o it_o will_v cherish_v that_o which_o we_o be_v all_o bind_v to_o to_o love_v one_o another_o we_o be_v bind_v to_o love_v one_o another_o and_o to_o show_v all_o the_o office_n of_o love_n now_o that_o which_o stir_v up_o love_n and_o all_o the_o office_n of_o love_n be_v hope_n faith_n work_v by_o hope_n as_o well_o as_o by_o love_n faith_n work_v by_o love_n in_o all_o duty_n and_o it_o work_v by_o hope_n in_o this_o duty_n if_o we_o hope_v that_o god_n will_v have_v mercy_n on_o they_o that_o will_v stir_v up_o our_o endeavour_n but_o we_o be_v not_o much_o in_o this_o error_n we_o be_v rather_o ready_a to_o conceit_n over-well_a then_o too_o ill_o of_o man_n i_o trust_v you_o shall_v acknowledge_v to_o the_o end_n saint_n paul_n here_o beside_o his_o good_a conceit_n of_o they_o to_o the_o end_n do_v imply_v end_n work_n that_o he_o know_v by_o former_a experience_n and_o then_o he_o know_v the_o promise_n of_o god_n the_o promise_n of_o the_o covenant_n many_o such_o ground_n saint_n paul_n have_v to_o bear_v he_o up_o that_o he_o shall_v continue_v to_o the_o end_n in_o a_o course_n of_o simplicity_n and_o sincerity_n and_o in_o the_o grace_n of_o god_n but_o withal_o saint_n paul_n do_v add_v a_o holy_a and_o heavenly_a course_n to_o come_v persevere_v to_o this_o end_n together_o with_o his_o trust_n what_o course_n do_v saint_n paul_n take_v saint_n paul_n that_o he_o may_v hold_v out_o constant_o be_v divine_a they_o be_v yea_o and_o it_o be_v good_a that_o we_o think_v they_o to_o be_v so_o to_o be_v constant_a undoubted_a certain_a and_o unmovable_a therefore_o the_o apostle_n seal_v it_o
