and_o knowledge_n be_v intellectual_a virtue_n or_o perfection_n of_o the_o mind_n and_o that_o in_o every_o kind_a whatever_o whether_o in_o thing_n natural_a moral_a or_o spiritual_a the_o darkness_n whereof_o we_o treat_v be_v the_o privation_n of_o spiritual_a light_n or_o the_o want_n of_o it_o and_o therefore_o be_v they_o oppose_v unto_o one_o another_o you_o be_v darkness_n but_o whole_a work_n of_o conversion_n unto_o god_n and_o the_o spiritual_a act_n of_o the_o mind_n by_o the_o renovation_n of_o the_o holy_a ghost_n be_v constant_o propose_v as_o those_o which_o precede_v any_o gracious_a act_n in_o the_o will_n heart_n and_o life_n as_o we_o shall_v show_v afterward_o 2._o as_o the_o soul_n can_v no_o way_n by_o any_o other_o of_o its_o faculty_n receive_v embrace_v
