it_o into_o our_o heart_n it_o will_v appear_v heinous_a by_o the_o law_n of_o man_n it_o be_v death_n to_o kill_v child_n that_o be_v beget_v by_o man_n but_o this_o truth_n be_v beget_v by_o the_o holy_a ghost_n it_o be_v put_v in_o by_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n and_o to_o extinguish_v this_o truth_n not_o to_o suffer_v it_o to_o live_v not_o to_o nourish_v it_o not_o to_o bring_v it_o forth_o be_v the_o great_a sin_n of_o all_o even_o the_o heathen_a shall_v rise_v in_o judgement_n against_o christian_n for_o this_o who_o maintain_v the_o vestal_a fire_n because_o they_o conceive_v it_o to_o come_v from_o heaven_n they_o for_o that_o cause_n never_o suffer_v it_o to_o go_v out_o but_o this_o truth_n be_v a_o fire_n which_o come_v from_o heaven_n a_o spark_n put_v into_o the_o breast_n of_o man_n to_o guide_v their_o foot_n into_o the_o way_n of_o peace_n when_o man_n shall_v extinguish_v this_o truth_n let_v it_o go_v out_o and_o not_o maintain_v it_o the_o heathen_a bunch_n of_o grape_n destroy_v it_o not_o for_o there_o be_v a_o blessing_n in_o it_o and_o what_o do_v you_o think_v of_o this_o truth_n be_v it_o not_o a_o precious_a thing_n yea_o it_o be_v the_o chief_a thing_n in_o a_o man_n in_o a_o ship_n a_o wise_a man_n will_v have_v a_o eye_n to_o the_o rudder_n for_o that_o turn_v all_o the_o rest_n of_o the_o body_n of_o the_o ship_n of_o all_o thing_n in_o ourselves_o we_o look_v to_o our_o eye_n the_o guide_n of_o the_o body_n so_o we_o shall_v learn_v to_o watch_v and_o be_v tender_a over_o this_o truth_n as_o over_o our_o eye_n for_o the_o one_o be_v the_o light_n but_o of_o this_o life_n the_o other_o be_v the_o light_n of_o the_o soul_n to_o eternal_a life_n in_o micah_n 3.5_o it_o be_v threaten_v as_o a_o great_a judgement_n when_o god_n shall_v turn_v their_o vision_n into_o night_n and_o their_o divination_n into_o darkness_n when_o the_o sun_n shall_v go_v down_o on_o their_o prophet_n and_o the_o day_n shall_v be_v dark_a on_o they_o and_o will_v you_o bring_v this_o judgement_n on_o yourselves_o they_o that_o be_v guilty_a of_o this_o that_o have_v not_o use_v this_o truth_n but_o imprison_v it_o and_o labour_v as_o much_o as_o they_o can_v to_o cause_v the_o sun_n to_o go_v down_o and_o rise_v no_o more_o to_o turn_v the_o day_n into_o night_n let_v they_o consider_v what_o the_o sin_n be_v when_o you_o read_v the_o story_n of_o the_o king_n and_o hear_v they_o say_v to_o the_o prophet_n prophesy_v not_o imprison_v they_o as_o ahab_n do_v micaiah_n and_o slay_v they_o as_o joash_n do_v zecharial_a you_o will_v little_o think_v you_o be_v guilty_a of_o the_o same_o sin_n but_o when_o this_o truth_n come_v as_o a_o prophet_n from_o god_n and_o tell_v you_o such_o and_o such_o thing_n ought_v to_o be_v do_v and_o such_o and_o such_o evil_n ought_v to_o be_v abstain_v from_o and_o you_o shall_v desire_v it_o to_o be_v silent_a and_o shall_v say_v prophesy_v not_o when_o you_o shall_v not_o conscience_n it_o mark_n what_o be_v do_v amiss_o and_o will_v be_v assure_o revenge_v for_o every_o rebellion_n and_o offence_n commit_v against_o it_o as_o it_o be_v say_v of_o truth_n in_o general_a magna_fw-la est_fw-la veritas_fw-la &_o praevalet_fw-la if_o thou_o be_v for_o the_o truth_n it_o will_v be_v for_o thou_o and_o if_o thou_o be_v against_o it_o it_o will_v be_v against_o thou_o and_o it_o have_v god_n on_o its_o side_n it_o be_v attend_v with_o the_o wrath_n of_o the_o almighty_a who_o will_v be_v ready_a to_o execute_v upon_o thou_o whatsoever_o this_o truth_n shall_v allege_v against_o thou_o though_o he_o do_v it_o not_o present_o yet_o all_o the_o while_o thou_o be_v in_o the_o way_n to_o damnation_n as_o it_o be_v with_o judas_n and_o achitophel_n therefore_o be_v sure_a to_o keep_v this_o truth_n well_o that_o thou_o offend_v it_o not_o as_o thou_o be_v tender_a over_o thy_o weak_a stomach_n to_o give_v what_o content_v it_o to_o avoid_v yet_o whether_o walk_v or_o sit_v still_o it_o will_v trouble_v thou_o so_o this_o truth_n thou_o will_v not_o be_v able_a to_o deceive_v it_o will_v see_v what_o be_v amiss_o whether_o thou_o will_v or_o no_o 2_o cor._n 4.2_o say_v the_o apostle_n we_o commend_v ourselves_o to_o every_o man_n conscience_n in_o the_o sight_n of_o god_n by_o manifestation_n of_o the_o truth_n that_o be_v the_o conscience_n within_o will_v see_v thou_o through_o do_v what_o thou_o can_v there_o will_v be_v a_o agreement_n between_o it_o and_o the_o truth_n that_o be_v present_v to_o it_o it_o can_v but_o that_o charge_n that_o it_o ought_v not_o but_o as_o we_o say_v of_o thistle_n they_o be_v a_o bad_a weed_n but_o it_o be_v a_o sign_n of_o a_o good_a ground_n where_o they_o grow_v so_o though_o scrupulousness_n be_v not_o good_a yet_o it_o be_v a_o sign_n of_o a_o good_a heart_n where_o it_o be_v if_o a_o man_n be_v to_o go_v through_o a_o narrow_a passage_n or_o over_o a_o narrow_a bridge_n it_o be_v good_a to_o go_v in_o the_o midst_n so_o it_o be_v good_a not_o to_o be_v scrupulous_a and_o yet_o not_o to_o give_v it_o offence_n for_o if_o thou_o do_v withhold_v it_o imprison_v it_o or_o restrain_v it_o thou_o shall_v find_v it_o will_v be_v revenge_v on_o thou_o for_o it_o be_v attend_v with_o the_o wrath_n of_o god_n five_o 5._o if_o this_o be_v the_o miserable_a condition_n of_o all_o unregenerate_a man_n rule_v thus_o to_o withhold_v the_o truth_n in_o unrighteousness_n as_o there_o have_v be_v word_n of_o humiliation_n and_o reproof_n so_o let_v i_o shut_v up_o with_o a_o word_n of_o exhortation_n be_v exhort_v therefore_o from_o hence_o to_o give_v this_o truth_n leave_v to_o rule_v and_o govern_v in_o thy_o heart_n and_o life_n do_v not_o make_v a_o bank_n against_o it_o or_o a_o hedge_n about_o it_o restrain_v it_o not_o fetter_v it_o not_o but_o suffer_v it_o to_o walk_v free_o in_o every_o part_n of_o thy_o conversation_n to_o rectify_v and_o reform_v every_o faculty_n speech_n and_o action_n for_o so_o it_o ought_v to_o do_v and_o as_o i_o say_v before_o thou_o shall_v find_v it_o a_o dangerous_a thing_n to_o restrain_v it_o among_o man_n let_v it_o go_v at_o liberty_n if_o it_o may_v pacify_v and_o purify_v thy_o heart_n if_o thou_o be_v much_o in_o contemplate_v thy_o privilege_n in_o christ_n thou_o shall_v find_v the_o sweet_a of_o it_o and_o so_o i_o may_v say_v of_o love_n and_o patience_n and_o every_o grace_n knowledge_n of_o thing_n be_v like_o w●ne_n or_o cordial_n stand_v on_o the_o table_n thou_o can_v view_v they_o blood_n and_o spirit_n as_o it_o be_v than_o thou_o shall_v find_v their_o sweetness_n even_o more_o than_o any_o man_n can_v express_v who_o himself_o have_v not_o feel_v it_o object_n but_o now_o all_o the_o question_n be_v how_o shall_v a_o man_n be_v able_a to_o do_v this_o it_o may_v be_v many_o will_v be_v ready_a to_o say_v i_o can_v be_v content_a to_o do_v it_o but_o i_o be_o not_o that_o god_n often_o give_v man_n up_o to_o a_o reprobate_a sense_n on_o the_o other_o side_n if_o thou_o do_v use_v they_o doubt_v not_o but_o god_n will_v delight_v to_o enlarge_v they_o as_o in_o
