disputable_a first_o whether_o there_o be_v any_o such_o thing_n as_o a_o exact_a and_o uniform_a government_n and_o when_o this_o be_v disputable_a among_o those_o who_o do_v hold_v there_o be_v such_o a_o way_n what_o be_v that_o government_n we_o see_v some_o godly_a holy_a and_o learned_a man_n assert_v one_o and_o no_o less_o godly_a and_o learned_a defend_v another_o and_o when_o all_o work_v like_a to_o itself_o holy_o if_o a_o man_n have_v receive_v a_o pill_n and_o he_o see_v it_o work_v kind_o upon_o the_o humour_n he_o conclude_v it_o be_v good_a and_o proper_a but_o if_o instead_o of_o work_v upon_o they_o and_o empty_v the_o body_n of_o malignant_a humour_n it_o do_v swell_v a_o man_n etc._n etc._n he_o will_v present_o conclude_v it_o be_v poison_n so_o when_o you_o
