whether_o he_o have_v grace_n in_o his_o soul_n that_o grace_n that_o will_v qualify_v he_o for_o glory_n and_o if_o he_o be_v satisfy_v as_o to_o this_o he_o will_v not_o be_v a_o moment_n without_o comfort_n but_o he_o be_v afraid_a that_o he_o be_v dead_a in_o sin_n that_o he_o be_v a_o stranger_n to_o the_o life_n of_o grace_n hence_o arise_v all_o the_o spiritual_a trouble_n now_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n come_v in_o and_o resolve_v the_o case_n come_v into_o the_o soul_n by_o his_o bright_a reflection_n and_o fill_v our_o soul_n with_o comfort_n now_o we_o have_v receive_v not_o covenant_n of_o graceâ—_n and_o the_o grace_n and_o privilege_n thereof_o etc._n etc._n these_o carry_v a_o great_a deal_n of_o power_n and_o effiacy_n with_o they_o when_o they_o be_v careful_o and_o find_v we_o evangelical_n truth_n which_o be_v manifold_a be_v to_o be_v deliver_v in_o the_o ministry_n now_o as_o the_o matter_n of_o the_o ministry_n must_v be_v powerful_a so_o the_o expression_n must_v be_v powerful_a there_o shall_v be_v suitableness_n of_o expression_n to_o the_o matter_n i._n e._n with_o gravity_n sobriety_n and_o affection_n etc._n etc._n strong_a line_n make_v but_o and_o from_o our_o heart_n it_o come_v then_o through_o the_o blessing_n of_o the_o lord_n with_o it_o with_o power_n this_o be_v then_o to_o learn_v we_o of_o the_o ministry_n viz._n 1._o use_v let_v we_o be_v careful_a that_o the_o matter_n of_o our_o ministry_n be_v powerful_a so_o that_o the_o handle_n and_o dispense_n thereof_o be_v powerful_a that_o so_o it_o may_v come_v home_o to_o the_o conscience_n thus_o we_o shall_v deal_v with_o all_o the_o word_n of_o the_o wise_a be_v as_o goad_n and_o as_o nail_n fasten_v by_o the_o minister_n of_o the_o assembly_n etc._n etc._n so_o our_o word_n shall_v have_v a_o force_n and_o power_n in_o they_o this_o as_o the_o apostle_n say_v be_v mighty_a and_o powerful_a to_o the_o beat_n down_o of_o strong_a hold_n etc._n etc._n use_v 2._o second_o in_o reference_n to_o hearer_n see_v the_o ministry_n be_v powerful_a you_o must_v then_o submit_v yourselves_o to_o the_o power_n of_o it_o many_o people_n be_v sermon-proof_n and_o think_v to_o stand_v out_o against_o the_o power_n of_o the_o word_n but_o if_o it_o come_v in_o power_n to_o the_o conscience_n they_o will_v not_o be_v able_a to_o resist_v it_o as_o it_o be_v say_v of_o they_o in_o the_o gospel_n they_o be_v not_o able_a to_o resist_v the_o spirit_n by_o which_o he_o speak_v viz._n stephen_n and_o for_o those_o that_o desire_v the_o conversion_n of_o other_o what_o course_n shall_v be_v take_v by_o they_o for_o that_o end_n but_o by_o good_a counsel_n instruction_n prayer_n and_o good_a example_n to_o endeavour_v they_o and_o more_o especial_o to_o bring_v they_o to_o the_o word_n and_o administration_n thereof_o which_o god_n have_v sanctify_v for_o this_o end_n so_o much_o for_o the_o excellency_n of_o the_o gospel_n viz._n the_o excellency_n of_o or_o in_o other_o holy_a exercise_n and_o it_o may_v be_v neglect_v the_o worship_n of_o god_n in_o their_o family_n too_o but_o if_o we_o be_v unacquainted_a with_o the_o employment_n of_o heaven_n which_o be_v to_o praise_v and_o magnify_v worship_n and_o adore_v god_n if_o thou_o delight_v not_o so_o to_o do_v thou_o can_v not_o conclude_v that_o thou_o have_v a_o title_n to_o heaven_n but_o if_o thou_o have_v a_o interest_n in_o the_o kingdom_n of_o heaven_n than_o thou_o do_v most_o of_o all_o delight_n in_o that_o employment_n which_o have_v most_o of_o heaven_n in_o it_o four_o if_o
