four_o stout_a man_n to_o keep_v all_o out_o but_o who_o they_o will_v admit_v and_o their_o business_n be_v government_n that_o be_v plain_a which_o be_v no_o way_n within_o the_o act_n of_o parliament_n for_o there_o be_v a_o clause_n in_o the_o act_n p_o 307._o be_v it_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o if_o any_o assembly_n of_o person_n dissent_v from_o the_o church_n either_o lock_v and_o bar_v or_o a_o guard_n at_o they_o and_o when_o there_o not_o only_o to_o make_v law_n for_o their_o people_n to_o observe_v but_o to_o repeal_n if_o not_o verbal_o yet_o virtual_o the_o law_n of_o the_o land_n and_o further_o if_o when_o the_o clergy_n do_v meet_v in_o council_n convocation_n or_o
