against_o the_o quaker_n that_o he_o will_v not_o so_o much_o as_o assent_v to_o the_o divine_a principle_n of_o light_n in_o man_n which_o flow_v

good_a work_n act_n of_o charity_n etc._n etc._n though_o do_v by_o his_o grace_n the_o quaker_n distinguish_v between_o merit_n in_o the_o strict_a sense_n as_o use_v by_o the_o papist_n and_o god_n and_o even_o erasmus_n in_o his_o paraphrase_n on_o act_n 13.38_o 39_o say_v express_o through_o this_o same_o jesus_n each_o man_n without_o respect_n of_o any_o person_n or_o else_o offence_n have_v righteousness_n or_o justification_n and_o innocency_n proffer_v unto_o he_o so_o that_o he_o believe_v the_o promise_n of_o the_o gospel_n note_v sure_o then_o these_o be_v proffer_v to_o be_v people_n call_v quaker_n so_o guilty_a of_o popery_n as_o if_o he_o have_v a_o design_n to_o carry_v on_o for_o the_o popish_a interest_n either_o by_o endeavour_v the_o quaker_n destruction_n because_o of_o their_o opposition_n to_o popery_n or_o else_o by_o increase_a the_o number_n of_o papist_n by_o add_v the_o quaker_n thereto_o or_o rather_o false_o render_v the_o popish_a interest_n far_o big_a than_o it_o be_v beside_o he_o gross_o mistake_v as_o well_o as_o shallow_o argue_v about_o popery_n in_o his_o render_v some_o truth_n which_o the_o council_n of_o trent_n hold_v to_o
