receive_v the_o lord_n supper_n but_o 2._o if_o they_o own_o that_o our_o baptise_v person_n on_o confession_n of_o faith_n by_o way_n of_o dip_v be_v also_o right_a baptism_n according_a to_o gospel-rule_n and_o so_o for_o this_o reason_n they_o can_v free_o hold_v their_o communion_n with_o we_o yet_o this_o be_v no_o corrector_n that_o their_o charity_n be_v more_o universal_a than_o we_o because_o than_o they_o receive_v we_o not_o mere_o on_o the_o account_n of_o their_o charity_n but_o as_o christian_n sit_o qualify_v with_o water-baptism_n but_o the_o case_n be_v different_a respect_v we_o for_o see_v we_o deny_v their_o infant-sprinkling_a to_o be_v true_a baptism_n or_o to_o be_v of_o god_n and_o so_o they_o be_v to_o we_o as_o unbaptised_a person_n our_o have_v full_a communion_n with_o they_o will_v be_v not_o only_o contrary_a to_o the_o light_n of_o our_o own_o conscience_n but_o witness_v against_o by_o their_o practice_n of_o sprinkle_v for_o baptism_n as_o a_o qualification_n to_o full_a communion_n and_o therefore_o we_o have_v equal_a reason_n to_o say_v that_o our_o refuse_v church-communion_n with_o they_o be_v not_o for_o want_v of_o charity_n towards_o they_o as_o christian_n any_o more_o than_o it_o be_v for_o want_v of_o it_o in_o themselves_o to_o other_o christian_n that_o be_v not_o sprinkle_v or_o any_o way_n baptize_v if_o they_o refuse_v communion_n with_o they_o as_o some_o have_v do_v in_o their_o private_a conference_n according_a to_o what_o be_v gather_v as_o their_o mind_n in_o print_n before_o so_o that_o i_o see_v no_o reason_n why_o our_o brethren_n shall_v in_o the_o least_o be_v offend_v at_o we_o for_o keep_v ourselves_o from_o their_o communion_n when_o otherwise_o so_o far_o as_o i_o can_v perceive_v their_o practice_n as_o well_o as_o our_o own_o conscience_n will_v condemn_v we_o for_o so_o do_v 3._o our_o aforesaid_a brethren_n of_o the_o independent_a church_n however_o some_o of_o their_o member_n have_v in_o their_o private_a converse_n reflect_v on_o we_o have_v fair_o grant_v faith_n see_v their_o 28_o article_n of_o the_o institution_n of_o church_n at_o the_o end_n of_o the_o congregational_a confession_n of_o faith_n that_o a_o person_n where_o he_o can_v continue_v in_o any_o church_n without_o his_o sin_n may_v depart_v from_o the_o communion_n of_o one_o church_n to_o another_o for_o they_o say_v person_n that_o be_v join_v in_o church-fellowship_n ought_v not_o light_o or_o without_o just_a cause_n to_o withdraw_v themselves_o from_o the_o communion_n of_o the_o church_n whereunto_o they_o be_v so_o join_v nevertheless_o where_o any_o person_n can_v continue_v in_o any_o church_n without_o his_o sin_n either_o for_o want_v of_o the_o administration_n of_o any_o ordinance_n institute_v by_o christ_n or_o by_o his_o be_v deprive_v of_o his_o due_a privilege_n or_o compel_v to_o any_o thing_n in_o practice_n not_o warrant_v by_o the_o word_n or_o in_o case_n of_o persecution_n or_o upon_o the_o account_n of_o conveniency_n of_o habitation_n he_o consult_v with_o the_o church_n or_o the_o officer_n or_o officer_n thereof_o may_v peaceable_o depart_v love_n peace_n and_o union_n a_o church_n may_v propose_v to_o themselves_o under_o the_o care_n of_o such_o a_o fix_a pastor_n as_o differ_v in_o his_o principle_n from_o it_o in_o any_o essential_o of_o a_o regular_a church_n viz._n either_o in_o doctrinal_n to_o salvation_n practical_n in_o divine_a worship_n or_o in_o administration_n of_o gospel-ordinance_n such_o a_o church_n do_v only_o delude_v themselves_o with_o a_o expectation_n of_o that_o which_o they_o lie_v a_o foundation_n to_o destroy_v for_o if_o such_o a_o pastor_n be_v faithful_a to_o his_o principle_n it_o be_v irrational_a to_o conceive_v that_o a_o whole_a church_n will_v be_v for_o alter_v their_o former_a settlement_n of_o communion_n they_o will_v then_o find_v that_o his_o differ_a principle_n will_v breed_v division_n among_o they_o and_o so_o destroy_v the_o bond_n of_o peace_n and_o love_n which_o they_o promise_v to_o themselves_o from_o the_o peaceable_a temper_n of_o such_o a_o pastor_n and_o instead_o thereof_o those_o faithful_a member_n that_o be_v still_o for_o their_o former_a settlement_n may_v fall_v into_o a_o labyrinth_n of_o trouble_n and_o if_o they_o be_v the_o small_a part_n of_o the_o church_n the_o other_o will_v be_v apt_a to_o count_v they_o the_o disturber_n of_o its_o peace_n and_o perhaps_o when_o it_o be_v too_o late_o to_o recover_v the_o truth_n and_o purity_n of_o gospel-worship_n and_o communion_n that_o be_v once_o among_o they_o they_o will_v mourn_v under_o their_o trouble_n and_o temptation_n and_o for_o their_o weakness_n in_o choose_v or_o accept_v of_o such_o a_o pastor_n as_o thereby_o to_o betray_v the_o trust_n commit_v to_o they_o by_o jesus_n christ_n so_o far_o as_o to_o loose_v of_o those_o thing_n he_o have_v wrought_v among_o
