12.8_o for_o god_n be_v in_o and_o with_o his_o divine_a gift_n and_o administration_n and_o as_o god_n in_o i_o may_v make_v his_o operation_n through_o i_o profitable_a to_o my_o brother_n so_o do_v himself_o and_o that_o principle_n so_o strong_a and_o subtle_a and_o he_o so_o apt_a to_o yield_v to_o it_o that_o he_o need_v anaddition_n of_o watchfulness_n and_o helpfulness_n from_o god_n through_o other_o as_o though_o the_o fire_n be_v apt_a and_o fit_a to_o set_v the_o wood_n put_v to_o it_o on_o a_o flame_n yet_o if_o there_o be_v much_o moisture_n in_o the_o wood_n to_o damp_n the_o fire_n the_o fire_n will_v need_v help_n from_o the_o blast_n of_o the_o bellows_o to_o strengthen_v and_o excite_v it_o against_o that_o moisture_n or_o a_o increase_n of_o fire_n to_o be_v put_v to_o it_o that_o the_o strength_n of_o it_o multiply_v may_v operate_v more_o strong_o saint_n be_v not_o all_o spirit_n though_o in_o a_o degree_n they_o be_v spiritual_a they_o have_v a_o law_n in_o their_o member_n as_o well_o as_o in_o their_o mind_n a_o law_n of_o sin_n oppose_v grace_n as_o well_o a_o law_n of_o grace_n oppose_v sin_n now_o the_o law_n of_o sin_n be_v more_o natural_a to_o they_o and_o be_v much_o excite_v and_o stir_v up_o by_o many_o outward_a occasion_n solicitation_n provocation_n example_n threat_n etc._n etc._n from_o without_o so_o that_o ostentimes_o the_o saint_n listen_v to_o it_o rather_o than_o to_o the_o law_n of_o grace_n in_o they_o therefore_o also_o a_o addition_n of_o spiritual_a grace_n by_o and_o through_o the_o communication_n of_o the_o gift_n and_o measure_n of_o grace_n give_v to_o other_o saint_n be_v needful_a that_o spirit_n in_o its_o force_n unite_n itself_o together_o in_o the_o saint_n as_o well_o as_o the_o flesh_n unite_v its_o force_n together_o that_o it_o may_v be_v able_a to_o resist_v and_o overcome_v it_o the_o charm_n of_o the_o flesh_n back_v with_o its_o outward_a object_n motive_n and_o provocation_n be_v often_o ready_a to_o lull_v the_o soul_n asleep_o and_o make_v it_o deaf_a to_o the_o teach_n of_o grace_n and_o then_o the_o operation_n in_o and_o through_o a_o wake_a brother_n may_v be_v of_o use_n by_o way_n of_o doctrine_n admonition_n exhortation_n and_o council_n to_o awaken_v it_o and_o make_v it_o give_v better_a attention_n to_o the_o whisper_n of_o grace_n within_o itself_o though_o the_o apostle_n tell_v the_o philippian_n that_o god_n wrought_v in_o they_o to_o will_n and_o to_o do_v of_o his_o good_a pleasure_n phil._n 2.13_o yet_o he_o neither_o cease_v to_o exhort_v they_o nor_o intimate_v that_o its_o needless_a for_o they_o to_o work_v out_o their_o own_o salvation_n with_o fear_n and_o tremble_a but_o indeed_o upon_o that_o ground_n exhort_v they_o thereunto_o it_o be_v god_n that_o work_v in_o you_o to_o will_n and_o to_o do_v of_o his_o good_a pleasure_n o_o stand_v in_o awe_n then_o &_o fear_v to_o smother_v those_o â—nward_a that_o â—one_n can_v or_o shall_v resist_v he_o yet_o his_o way_n of_o work_v in_o the_o soul_n in_o the_o exciting_n and_o moving_n of_o his_o grace_n be_v neither_o always_o nor_o ordinary_o in_o that_o almighty_a way_n he_o be_v almighty_a that_o work_n but_o he_o work_v not_o always_o so_o almighty_o as_o that_o his_o working_n may_v not_o be_v resist_v he_o be_v almighty_a in_o all_o his_o work_n &_o it_o be_v his_o almighty_a power_n that_o effect_v they_o the_o very_a grow_v of_o the_o corn_n or_o grass_n be_v the_o product_n of_o his_o almighty_a power_n but_o yet_o he_o do_v not_o work_v so_o almighty_o therein_o but_o that_o man_n by_o substract_v or_o remove_v some_o secondary_a cause_n or_o instrumental_a medium_n through_o which_o that_o power_n be_v put_v forth_o may_v as_o well_o write_v earnest_o against_o they_o as_o they_o have_v exhort_v we_o to_o contend_v earnest_o with_o they_o judas_n 3_o 11,12,13_o and_o yet_o thou_o that_o call_v thyself_o a_o saint_n and_o principle_n of_o christian_a religion_n which_o none_o can_v be_v ignorant_a of_o and_o yet_o be_v good_a christian_n the_o infallibility_n and_o certainty_n in_o christ_n and_o his_o apostle_n which_o thou_o plead_v be_v a_o argument_n against_o unity_n with_o all_o that_o thou_o plead_v for_o for_o they_o have_v be_v infallible_o guide_v that_o that_o be_v cross_v to_o their_o infallible_a doctrine_n be_v thereby_o detect_v to_o be_v false_a and_o fallible_a and_o thou_o can_v not_o be_v one_o with_o they_o and_o yet_o not_o dislike_v and_o shun_v that_o that_o be_v contrary_a to_o they_o sure_o if_o we_o know_v and_o love_n god_n we_o shall_v have_v some_o discern_a and_o derestation_n of_o such_o doctrine_n as_o blaspheme_v or_o dishonour_n god_n and_o beware_v of_o those_o that_o bring_v they_o if_o we_o be_v christ_n sheep_n we_o have_v some_o discern_v of_o his_o voice_n from_o the_o voice_n of_o stranger_n john_n 10.5_o so_o much_o as_o may_v render_v their_o voice_n a_o strange_a voice_n to_o we_o and_o such_o as_o be_v not_o to_o be_v approve_v of_o we_o if_o a_o man_n shall_v come_v and_o tell_v we_o there_o be_v never_o any_o such_o man_n as_o jesus_n christ_n or_o that_o if_o there_o be_v he_o be_v only_o a_o type_n and_o figure_n of_o the_o true_a christ_n in_o we_o and_o not_o the_o very_a saviour_n that_o he_o rise_v not_o nor_o ascend_v nor_o shall_v come_v again_o in_o glory_n that_o he_o be_v not_o the_o mediator_n between_o god_n and_o we_o that_o our_o dead_a body_n shall_v not_o arise_v that_o the_o scripture_n be_v not_o to_o be_v heed_v in_o their_o say_n and_o yet_o we_o can_v tell_v whether_o these_o man_n say_v truth_n or_o not_o we_o be_v plain_o blind_v and_o be_v not_o sheep_n of_o christ_n if_o we_o can_v discern_v these_o
