on_o the_o least_o approach_n of_o danger_n fall_n into_o how_o do_v her_o spirit_n sink_v and_o despond_v under_o the_o least_o difficulty_n this_o be_v evident_a from_o num._n 13._o 30_o 33._o and_o 14._o 1_o 14_o etc._n etc._n for_o which_o all_o that_o generation_n save_v caleb_n and_o jesua_n who_o be_v of_o another_o spirit_n perish_v in_o the_o wilderness_n thus_o also_o before_o their_o babylonian_a captivity_n the_o great_a sin_n the_o israelite_n be_v guilty_a of_o and_o that_o which_o open_v the_o door_n to_o all_o their_o follow_a misery_n be_v their_o unbelief_n or_o contemt_a from_o their_o contemt_fw-mi of_o the_o gospel_n yea_o have_v not_o the_o flood_n of_o antichristianisme_n which_o have_v so_o long_o overwhelm_v these_o western_a church_n its_o rise_n from_o this_o envenimed_a spring_n of_o unbelief_n this_o be_v evident_a from_o 2_o thes_n 2._o 10._o because_o they_o receive_v not_o the_o love_n of_o the_o truth_n etc._n etc._n and_o it_o be_v a_o prophetic_a persuasion_n of_o a_o great_a divine_a that_o god_n will_v short_o take_v away_o peace_n from_o the_o whole_a world_n for_o despise_v the_o peace_n of_o the_o gospel_n this_o conclusion_n we_o no_o way_n doubt_v but_o to_o make_v good_a that_o all_o the_o great_a plague_n and_o jugement_n of_o god_n upon_o the_o profess_v world_n or_o church_n have_v be_v for_o the_o contemt_fw-mi of_o his_o word_n by_o unbelief_n for_o albeit_o other_o sin_n have_v have_v their_o share_n yet_o this_o of_o unbelief_n have_v be_v the_o main_a spring_n of_o all_o church-ruine_n but_o this_o will_v be_v the_o subject_n of_o our_o follow_a discourse_n 2._o another_o prodigious_a presumption_n church-wasting_a sin_n which_o jerusalem_n be_v notorious_o guilty_a of_o be_v groundless_a presumtion_n and_o
