they_o may_v not_o be_v draw_v from_o their_o sin_n error_n &_o other_o abuse_n to_o a_o virtuous_a &_o acceptable_a life_n before_o god_n therefore_o seek_v they_o by_o all_o mean_n that_o themselves_o only_o may_v be_v place_v in_o thâ—_z counsel_n and_o that_o they_o may_v not_o be_v constrain_v to_o admit_v any_o lie_v man_n or_o such_o as_o be_v not_o of_o their_o stamp_n amongst_o they_o but_o that_o they_o alone_o may_v have_v full_a power_n and_o authority_n to_o accuse_v to_o be_v witness_n to_o determine_v and_o to_o judge_v and_o that_o by_o this_o mean_v nothing_o may_v be_v do_v but_o as_o it_o list_v they_o and_o even_o in_o this_o sort_n have_v some_o of_o their_o forefather_n now_o a_o great_a while_n hold_v counsel_n be_v the_o ready_a way_n as_o they_o think_v to_o provide_v for_o themselves_o but_o whether_o this_o be_v acceptable_a before_o god_n upright_o before_o man_n or_o profitable_a to_o the_o church_n the_o time_n itself_o the_o oppress_a of_o the_o truth_n the_o slaughter_n of_o most_o godly_a man_n and_o the_o miserable_a government_n of_o the_o thurche_n do_v evident_o declare_v yea_o and_o all_o faithful_a and_o wise_a man_n may_v easy_o judge_v of_o this_o counsel_n question_n there_o be_v two_o part_n the_o first_o be_v whether_o the_o apostle_n in_o the_o first_o council_n at_o jerusalem_n do_v take_v into_o the_o same_o those_o heretic_n which_o go_v about_o to_o thrust_v upon_o the_o godly_a circumcision_n and_o the_o law_n of_o moses_n now_o here_o they_o suppose_v we_o must_v needs_o deny_v the_o same_o whereupon_o they_o will_v conclude_v that_o because_o we_o be_v heretic_n we_o neither_o ought_v to_o be_v hear_v nor_o be_v admit_v into_o the_o council_n but_o although_o there_o be_v no_o place_n nor_o licence_n give_v to_o the_o heretic_n in_o the_o council_n at_o jerusalem_n to_o speak_v yet_o it_o follow_v not_o that_o we_o ought_v not_o to_o be_v hear_v or_o ought_v not_o to_o be_v admit_v into_o
