they_o to_o understand_v that_o notwithstanding_o they_o be_v most_o eminent_a saint_n and_o believer_n yet_o through_o carelessness_n and_o carnal_a security_n they_o may_v make_v shipwreck_n of_o their_o soul_n and_o perish_v philet_fw-la what_o be_v these_o character_n applicable_a to_o none_o but_o true_a believer_n philad_n if_o there_o be_v any_o person_n under_o heaven_n that_o may_v be_v judge_v true_a believer_n they_o be_v such_o as_o these_o mention_v and_o if_o you_o can_v show_v i_o any_o that_o have_v all_o these_o gift_n and_o yet_o be_v destitute_a of_o true_a grace_n qualification_n be_v applicable_a to_o none_o but_o true_a believer_n philad_n if_o they_o be_v applicable_a to_o any_o other_o give_v i_o a_o instance_n where_o for_o i_o know_v of_o none_o from_o whence_o we_o have_v cause_n to_o believe_v that_o true_a believer_n may_v possible_o apostatise_v so_o far_o as_o to_o be_v under_o a_o impossibility_n of_o be_v renew_v again_o by_o repentance_n and_o so_o perish_v again_o in_o 1_o cor._n 9_o 27._o you_o may_v see_v that_o holy_a paul_n after_o his_o conversion_n to_o christ_n take_v great_a care_n and_o pain_n to_o beat_v down_o his_o body_n etc._n etc._n which_o be_v needless_a in_o he_o if_o he_o be_v under_o no_o possibility_n of_o fall_v again_o that_o true_a believer_n be_v under_o a_o possibility_n of_o fall_v appear_v a_o truth_n because_o the_o lord_n by_o his_o holy_a spirit_n in_o his_o prophet_n and_o apostle_n do_v by_o many_o exhortation_n promise_n and_o threaten_n labour_v to_o prevent_v apostatise_v in_o they_o and_o to_o cause_v they_o to_o persevere_v but_o if_o your_o doctrine_n be_v true_a that_o there_o be_v a_o utter_a impossibility_n of_o a_o final_a fall_v away_o what_o savour_v of_o wisdom_n or_o sense_n be_v there_o in_o admonish_a person_n against_o that_o which_o there_o be_v no_o possibility_n of_o ever_o come_v to_o pass_v but_o that_o god_n will_v by_o a_o irresistible_a hand_n of_o grace_n and_o power_n preserve_v they_o in_o a_o state_n of_o grace_n and_o favour_n how_o desperate_o careless_a or_o wicked_a soever_o they_o shall_v be_v yea_o though_o they_o fall_v into_o ten_o
