the_o other_o hand_n if_o the_o temptation_n that_o set_v a_o gloss_n on_o the_o face_n of_o evil_n misrepresent_v our_o duty_n to_o we_o as_o hard_a and_o difficult_a to_o be_v perform_v as_o by_o the_o ease_n they_o find_v or_o fancy_n in_o the_o delight_n of_o the_o present_a world_n and_o so_o they_o mistake_v a_o mere_a appearance_n a_o show_n a_o shadow_n of_o felicity_n instead_o of_o the_o very_a thing_n itself_o it_o be_v a_o vanity_n which_o they_o follow_v but_o a_o vanity_n under_o a_o show_n of_o happiness_n what_o so_o vain_a as_o popular_a fame_n the_o breath_n of_o rude_a and_o ignorant_a people_n yet_o fame_n be_v happiness_n such_o as_o it_o be_v unto_o the_o proud_a and_o sensual_a pleasure_n unto_o the_o sensual_a and_o wealth_n and_o riches_n unto_o the_o covetous_a and_o therefore_o they_o who_o have_v place_v their_o desire_n upon_o these_o enjoyment_n in_o hope_n that_o they_o shall_v be_v happy_a in_o they_o spare_v no_o labour_n refuse_v no_o trouble_n to_o attain_v they_o it_o be_v not_o the_o distance_n of_o the_o thing_n wherein_o they_o hope_v for_o satisfaction_n nor_o the_o sliperiness_n of_o the_o way_n unto_o it_o though_o as_o hard_o to_o climb_v as_o a_o rock_n of_o ice_n it_o be_v not_o the_o fear_n of_o slide_a back_n nor_o the_o difficulty_n of_o proceed_v forward_o that_o can_v obstruct_v the_o pursuit_n of_o it_o they_o will_v press_v on_o through_o the_o great_a strait_n and_o labour_n to_o climb_v the_o high_a difficulty_n if_o there_o be_v hope_n to_o attain_v unto_o it_o and_o as_o for_o those_o that_o can_v hope_v for_o any_o advantage_n by_o a_o sin_n but_o what_o they_o find_v in_o the_o sin_n itself_o they_o be_v so_o degenerate_a in_o their_o nature_n that_o they_o please_v themselves_o in_o do_v evil_a and_o this_o very_a pleasure_n they_o make_v their_o happiness_n and_o so_o they_o abandon_v themselves_o unto_o it_o although_o it_o lead_v to_o eternal_a misery_n and_o so_o i_o he_o that_o be_v ignorant_a or_o forgetful_a either_o in_o the_o nature_n of_o good_a and_o evil_a or_o in_o the_o effect_n and_o issue_n of_o they_o if_o there_o be_v nothing_o of_o this_o in_o the_o god_n have_v promise_v to_o give_v his_o spirit_n to_o they_o that_o ask_v he_o and_o that_o in_o a_o promise_n confirm_v by_o a_o argument_n draw_v from_o common_a and_o know_a experience_n for_o so_o be_v that_o luke_n 11.13_o if_o you_o then_o be_v evil_a know_v how_o to_o give_v good_a gift_n to_o your_o child_n how_o much_o more_o shall_v your_o heavenly_a father_n give_v his_o holy_a high_a thou_o even_o in_o thy_o mouth_n and_o in_o thy_o heart_n that_o be_v the_o word_n of_o faith_n which_o we_o preach_v that_o if_o thou_o shall_v confess_v with_o thy_o mouth_n the_o lord_n
