the_o offender_n be_v execute_v who_o no_o law_n oblige_v he_o to_o pardon_v a_o moral_a cause_n be_v such_o a_o cause_n wherein_o the_o agent_n stand_v by_o duty_n bind_v concern_v the_o produce_v or_o not_o produce_v of_o such_o a_o effect_n so_o as_o by_o omission_n of_o what_o be_v command_v or_o commission_n of_o what_o be_v forbid_v there_o be_v a_o guilt_n incur_v so_o man_n will_n be_v moral_a therefore_o the_o unblamable_a cause_n of_o unbelief_n god_n will_v be_v the_o antecedent_n not_o the_o cause_n of_o unbelief_n the_o abuse_n of_o man_n freewill_n in_o the_o fall_n be_v the_o
