not_o to_o be_v absolute_a but_o conditional_a so_o that_o we_o may_v not_o from_o thence_o conclude_v that_o any_o who_o be_v in_o such_o a_o case_n ever_o do_v or_o shall_v cordial_o pray_v to_o god_n and_o that_o he_o will_v refuse_v to_o answer_v their_o effectual_a fervent_a prayer_n since_o only_o by_o way_n of_o supposition_n it_o be_v say_v though_o they_o shall_v call_v yet_o he_o will_v not_o answer_v nor_o regard_v their_o complaint_n as_o the_o offer_n of_o salvation_n make_v to_o the_o reprobat_fw-la if_o they_o believe_v and_o repent_v do_v not_o import_v that_o any_o such_o ever_o do_v or_o shall_v repent_v and_o be_v save_v so_o on_o the_o other_o hand_n neither_o do_v this_o threaten_a imply_v that_o any_o who_o fall_v under_o it_o shall_v in_o truth_n call_v upon_o the_o lord_n and_o he_o hide_v his_o face_n from_o their_o prayer_n and_o therefore_o if_o the_o lord_n pour_fw-fr out_o the_o spirit_n of_o prayer_n upon_o thou_o this_o threaten_a need_v not_o discourage_v thou_o but_o thou_o may_v be_v confident_a that_o either_o thy_o name_n be_v take_v out_o of_o that_o threaten_a or_o that_o it_o be_v never_o include_v in_o it_o but_o this_o on_o the_o name_n of_o the_o lord_n jesus_n shall_v be_v save_v 11.28_o save_v mat._n 11.28_o all_o that_o labour_n and_o be_v heavy_a load_v may_v come_v to_o christ_n and_o he_o will_v give_v they_o resolve_v in_o any_o categorick_a that_o be_v true_a nay_o it_o have_v not_o so_o much_o as_o one_o instance_n or_o particular_a whereupon_o it_o may_v be_v build_v for_o no_o man_n do_v ever_o seek_v after_o the_o lord_n and_o call_v upon_o he_o in_o truth_n who_o do_v not_o meet_v with_o a_o answer_n of_o peace_n but_o 2._o if_o that_o hypothesis_n be_v true_a than_o every_o door_n of_o hope_n must_v be_v shut_v against_o such_o penitent_n for_o though_o they_o shall_v mourn_v and_o cry_v to_o god_n yet_o he_o will_v not_o hear_v nor_o answer_n to_o what_o purpose_n then_o shall_v we_o exhort_v such_o to_o repent_v and_o call_v upon_o the_o lord_n there_o be_v not_o a_o word_n of_o command_n or_o exhortation_n in_o the_o word_n that_o have_v not_o a_o promise_n by_o way_n of_o motive_n and_o encouragement_n annex_v to_o it_o and_o we_o need_v not_o run_v to_o those_o scripture_n in_o which_o the_o lord_n universal_o promise_v that_o whensoever_o a_o sinner_n shall_v
