settlement_n of_o that_o toleration_n whereof_o we_o have_v see_v and_o allow_v the_o principle_n and_o to_o this_o effect_n if_o any_o treaty_n or_o conference_n be_v intend_v for_o without_o some_o such_o thing_n nothing_o can_v be_v settle_v there_o must_v be_v before_o all_o other_o thing_n a_o agreement_n find_v in_o the_o aim_n of_o the_o transaction_n and_o in_o the_o mean_n to_o bring_v it_o to_o pass_v for_o if_o these_o two_o be_v not_o determine_v by_o common_a consent_n and_o a_o resolution_n fix_v to_o proceed_v according_a to_o that_o determination_n nothing_o will_v take_v then_o hitherto_o it_o have_v be_v if_o this_o aim_v be_v sincere_o take_v up_o the_o mean_n to_o bring_v it_o to_o pass_v will_v neither_o be_v difficult_a to_o be_v find_v nor_o without_o success_n
