parish_n lie_v destitute_a of_o a_o minister_n a_o long_a time_n and_o at_o last_o must_v get_v such_o as_o they_o can_v and_o thus_o the_o soul_n of_o other_o be_v endanger_v as_o for_o their_o return_v of_o such_o to_o that_o minister_n in_o case_n he_o will_v come_v we_o know_v their_o judgement_n by_o their_o practice_n when_o parish_n have_v have_v good_a minister_n this_o have_v help_v to_o remove_v they_o that_o practice_n then_o which_o so_o discourage_v good_a minister_n as_o it_o cause_v their_o removal_n and_o hinder_v other_o from_o come_v into_o place_n i_o do_v not_o look_v at_o this_o as_o a_o light_a matter_n but_o a_o practice_n intolerable_a in_o the_o church_n though_o this_o be_v not_o so_o bad_a as_o be_v the_o practice_n of_o some_o by_o i_o yet_o in_o effect_n it_o come_v to_o the_o same_o two_o small_a parish_n lie_v so_o as_o they_o may_v easy_o join_v and_o will_v but_o those_o in_o they_o who_o have_v a_o show_n of_o religion_n turn_v to_o the_o separation_n whence_o no_o godly_a minister_n care_v for_o come_v among_o they_o but_o there_o the_o people_n lie_v year_n after_o year_n no_o minister_n to_o regard_v they_o no_o ordinance_n who_o know_v what_o god_n may_v have_v do_v for_o the_o soul_n of_o some_o of_o they_o have_v the_o profess_v party_n hold_v close_o and_o encourage_v a_o godly_a minister_n to_o come_v among_o they_o whereas_o now_o for_o divers_a year_n they_o have_v have_v none_o nor_o be_v like_a to_o have_v this_o practice_n of_o our_o brethren_n come_v to_o the_o same_o in_o conclusion_n if_o they_o thus_o take_v away_o the_o good_a people_n out_o of_o other_o parish_n 4._o what_o weakness_n soever_o this_o be_v in_o they_o i_o doubt_v our_o strong_a man_n will_v not_o take_v it_o well_o to_o have_v just_a matter_n of_o grief_n and_o so_o of_o offence_n to_o good_a minister_n against_o their_o free_a consent_n to_o take_v away_o any_o of_o their_o people_n so_o much_o for_o weakness_n 3._o the_o congregational_a brethren_n be_v less_o in_o number_n by_o ten_o if_o not_o twenty_o part_n compare_v with_o the_o number_n of_o other_o minister_n and_o those_o godly_a one_o will_v think_v it_o shall_v be_v a_o mercy_n sufficient_a that_o they_o live_v in_o such_o a_o nation_n as_o this_o quiet_o have_v the_o freedom_n of_o their_o conscience_n let_v they_o reform_v what_o they_o can_v in_o their_o own_o place_n the_o magistrate_n do_v countenance_v the_o minister_n though_o of_o different_a judgement_n and_o so_o numerous_a yet_o willing_a to_o associate_v and_o show_v brotherly_a communion_n for_o my_o part_n i_o look_v on_o it_o as_o a_o great_a mercy_n have_v i_o a_o heart_n to_o answer_v it_o tho_o i_o do_v not_o go_v and_o fleet_v the_o cream_n of_o my_o neighbour_n congregation_n because_o they_o be_v not_o of_o my_o judgement_n this_o be_v speak_v in_o reference_n to_o our_o associate_a which_o if_o it_o be_v but_o yield_v there_o be_v hope_n of_o closure_n nor_o do_v i_o see_v any_o reason_n why_o our_o brethren_n shall_v so_o much_o stand_v upon_o it_o for_o i_o think_v their_o gather_n of_o one_o church_n out_o of_o divers_a true_a church_n be_v almost_o at_o a_o end_n for_o those_o who_o have_v a_o mind_n to_o separate_v affect_v no_o church_n rather_o then_o congregational_a church_n as_o for_o such_o to_o who_o the_o brethren_n have_v offer_v the_o agreement_n for_o peace_n and_o they_o refuse_v to_o associate_v with_o their_o brethren_n without_o any_o scriptural_a reason_n give_v why_o they_o so_o refuse_v a_o great_a care_n not_o receive_v they_o but_o other_o must_v take_v from_o we_o especial_o if_o they_o be_v such_o who_o have_v a_o right_n to_o the_o lord_n supper_n but_o do_v not_o nor_o will_v communicate_v with_o such_o a_o congregation_n because_o they_o require_v that_o of_o they_o which_o the_o word_n do_v not_o before_o they_o will_v admit_v they_o this_o i_o conceive_v be_v great_a bondage_n that_o a_o minister_n with_o three_o or_o four_o man_n shall_v set_v up_o a_o way_n of_o admission_n to_o the_o lord_n supper_n which_o all_o must_v come_v to_o the_o thing_n itself_o may_v be_v good_a but_o not_o require_v to_o a_o church-state_n nor_o the_o receive_n of_o the_o supper_n and_o that_o all_o must_v stoop_v to_o this_o or_o have_v no_o supper_n there_o and_o because_o of_o parochial_a bound_n they_o must_v have_v it_o not_o where_o else_o man_n may_v be_v of_o different_a judgement_n from_o i_o but_o that_o shall_v never_o hinder_v communion_n if_o they_o be_v
