right_a ecclesiastical_a synod_n have_v to_o meet_v and_o act_n antecedent_n to_o the_o law_n of_o each_o kingdom_n and_o commonwealth_n by_o a_o right_a to_o do_v any_o thing_n i_o understand_v not_o only_o a_o natural_a but_o such_o a_o moral_a power_n of_o perform_v such_o a_o action_n as_o that_o it_o will_v be_v unlawful_a for_o another_o man_n to_o hinder_v or_o obstruct_v the_o same_o thus_o every_o man_n have_v a_o right_a to_o make_v use_n of_o those_o thing_n which_o he_o have_v honest_o get_v for_o the_o preserve_n and_o sustain_v of_o his_o own_o life_n and_o also_o to_o worship_n
