duty_n and_o such_o be_v that_o of_o empire_n and_o dominion_n it_o judge_v convenient_a that_o law_n and_o policy_n shall_v be_v establish_v and_o that_o some_o person_n shall_v have_v authority_n to_o make_v they_o observe_v it_o approve_v that_o humane_a affair_n shall_v be_v regulate_v and_o for_o the_o avoid_n of_o contest_v that_o preference_n shall_v be_v give_v to_o some_o above_o other_o in_o fine_a it_o do_v not_o only_o consent_v to_o the_o constitution_n of_o greatness_n but_o look_v on_o this_o order_n as_o the_o masterpiece_n of_o humane_a wit_n and_o the_o most_o useful_a thing_n in_o the_o world_n xii_o but_o although_o concupiscence_n desire_v greatness_n and_o reason_n approve_v the_o establishment_n thereof_o yet_o neither_o the_o one_o nor_o the_o other_o be_v sufficient_a to_o render_v it_o lawful_a man_n be_v not_o in_o their_o own_o power_n and_o therefore_o can_v dispose_v of_o themselves_o much_o less_o of_o other_o god_n alone_o be_v their_o sovereign_a master_n neither_o can_v they_o unless_o by_o his_o command_n set_v up_o or_o acknowledge_v any_o other_o without_o commit_v treason_n against_o he_o shall_v a_o company_n of_o slave_n
