and_o overthrow_v the_o unity_n which_o be_v here_o praise_v if_o then_o a_o man_n will_v not_o make_v conscience_n to_o perform_v this_o duty_n in_o obey_v the_o holy_a doctrine_n of_o the_o lord_n what_o be_v he_o other_o than_o a_o enemy_n unto_o the_o true_a concord_n a_o dissoluer_n of_o unity_n &_o peace_n but_o what_o if_o ruler_n offend_v pastor_n and_o governor_n fail_v and_o come_v short_a in_o some_o duty_n and_o thereby_o seem_v unworthy_a to_o be_v regard_v i_o say_v if_o they_o do_v they_o shall_v answer_v before_o god_n for_o it_o but_o yet_o private_a man_n be_v not_o set_v at_o liberty_n they_o be_v not_o discharge_v from_o this_o obedience_n and_o render_v honour_n unto_o they_o for_o it_o be_v unto_o the_o authority_n and_o unto_o god_n ordinance_n that_o they_o do_v it_o and_o not_o in_o respect_n of_o man_n god_n have_v not_o prescribe_v the_o duty_n of_o man_n which_o be_v to_o be_v do_v unto_o other_o under_o this_o condition_n if_o they_o perform_v all_o that_o which_o they_o ought_v to_o do_v on_o their_o part_n or_o if_o they_o be_v such_o manner_n of_o man_n as_o they_o ought_v to_o be_v but_o he_o have_v prescribe_v every_o man_n duty_n absolute_o if_o a_o other_o fail_v in_o he_o he_o shall_v answer_v as_o i_o say_v for_o it_o before_o god_n thou_o have_v no_o warrant_n hereby_o to_o depart_v from_o the_o rule_n which_o god_n have_v set_v unto_o thou_o for_o thou_o be_v tie_v in_o conscience_n unto_o god_n to_o obey_v his_o will_n &_o not_o in_o regard_n of_o man_n or_o of_o thy_o own_o benefit_n to_o do_v this_o or_o that_o for_o by_o the_o doctrine_n of_o the_o bless_a apostle_n we_o see_v that_o christian_a subject_n and_o faithful_a servant_n be_v command_v even_o for_o conscience_n to_o give_v honour_n unto_o heathen_a prince_n and_o infidel_n master_n rom._n 13.1_o tim._n 6.1_o we_o must_v then_o from_o this_o express_a word_n of_o god_n observe_v that_o when_o governor_n do_v amiss_o man_n have_v not_o their_o tongue_n set_v at_o liberty_n to_o revile_v and_o to_o reproach_n they_o or_o to_o dishonour_v they_o with_o evil_a speech_n see_v it_o be_v also_o write_v thou_o shall_v not_o curse_v the_o ruler_n of_o the_o people_n exod._n 22._o v._o 28._o but_o contrariwise_o prayer_n and_o supplication_n be_v to_o be_v make_v unto_o god_n for_o ruler_n and_o teacher_n of_o the_o lord_n people_n when_o they_o offend_v it_o be_v with_o great_a hurt_n to_o the_o church_n and_o therefore_o man_n be_v to_o lament_v and_o mourn_v for_o it_o and_o not_o to_o make_v themselves_o merry_a with_o jest_n and_o reproach_n let_v all_o evil_a speech_n of_o disgrace_n then_o be_v turn_v into_o prayer_n and_o the_o laughter_n into_o tear_n for_o this_o shall_v be_v more_o please_v unto_o god_n let_v no_o man_n bear_v himself_o in_o hand_n that_o he_o be_v not_o guilty_a of_o the_o breach_n of_o holy_a concord_n when_o he_o observe_v not_o the_o rule_n of_o this_o doctrine_n of_o submission_n of_o reverence_n and_o honour_n to_o be_v give_v unto_o governor_n another_o rule_n be_v give_v by_o the_o apostle_n in_o these_o word_n that_o you_o study_v to_o be_v quiet_a and_o to_o meddle_v with_o your_o
