that_o at_o the_o length_n they_o may_v see_v that_o they_o come_v not_o unto_o the_o knowledge_n of_o the_o truth_n by_o their_o own_o industry_n and_o wisdom_n but_o by_o the_o grace_n of_o chryst_n only_o by_o which_o he_o bring_v those_o that_o err_v into_o the_o way_n of_o jesus_n of_o nazareth_n c._n by_o this_o answer_n of_o cleophas_n that_o do_v more_o evident_o appear_v which_o we_o say_v even_o now_o namely_o that_o although_o they_o be_v trouble_v &_o disquiet_v about_o the_o resurrection_n of_o chryst_n yet_o notwithstanding_o they_o think_v reverent_o of_o his_o doctrine_n insomuch_o that_o they_o be_v not_o ready_a to_o fall_v from_o he_o for_o they_o tarry_v not_o untyll_o chryst_n prevent_v they_o by_o manyfe_a himself_n unto_o they_o or_o until_o he_o be_v unto_o they_o as_o a_o wayfaring_a man_n speak_v honourable_o unto_o they_o concern_v he_o but_o rather_o out_o of_o a_o obscure_a &_o small_a light_n cleophas_n dare_v unto_o this_o certain_a stranger_n small_a beam_n of_o the_o same_o that_o thereby_o he_o may_v somewhat_o help_v his_o knowledge_n if_o he_o be_v ignorance_n for_o the_o name_n of_o chryste_n be_v so_o infamous_a and_o hateful_a at_o that_o time_n in_o many_o place_n that_o to_o speak_v well_o of_o he_o be_v a_o dangerous_a thing_n but_o set_v all_o fear_n aside_o he_o call_v he_o a_o prophet_n of_o god_n and_o profess_v himself_o to_o be_v one_o of_o his_o dysciple_n and_o although_o this_o name_n of_o prophet_n be_v far_o inferior_a to_o the_o divine_a majesty_n of_o chryst_n yet_o notwithstanding_o this_o mean_a commendation_n deserve_v praise_n because_o cleophas_n seek_v hereby_o to_o win_v disciple_n unto_o chryst_n which_o may_v submit_v themselves_o unto_o his_o gospel_n and_o it_o be_v uncertain_a whether_o cleophas_n accord_v to_o his_o rudeness_n speak_v less_o honourable_o of_o christ_n than_o it_o become_v he_o or_o whether_o he_o intend_v to_o begin_v with_o the_o first_o prynciple_n that_o by_o degree_n he_o may_v proceed_v further_o for_o straight_o after_o he_o do_v not_o simple_o reckon_v chryst_n in_o the_o common_a order_n of_o the_o prophet_n but_o also_o say_v that_o he_o and_o other_o sometime_o believe_v he_o to_o be_v a_o redeemer_n mighty_a in_o deed_n and_o word_n c._n luke_n use_v almost_o the_o same_o form_n of_o word_n in_o the_o person_n of_o stephen_n â—2_n
