of_o the_o sin_n which_o make_v he_o in_o his_o own_o apprehension_n the_o chief_a of_o sinner_n 1_o tim._n 1._o 15._o but_o malicious_a blasphemy_n be_v inexpiable_a a_o sin_n and_o the_o only_a sin_n exempt_a from_o mercy_n all_o manner_n of_o sin_n and_o blasphemy_n shall_v be_v forgive_v but_o the_o blasphemy_n against_o the_o holy_a ghost_n shall_v not_o be_v forgive_v unto_o man_n title_n property_n work_n word_n religion_n ordinance_n image_n some_o in_o one_o kind_n some_o in_o another_o such_o he_o say_v there_o shall_v be_v in_o timothy_n time_n and_o in_o after_o age_n the_o church_n shall_v seldom_o want_v some_o or_o other_o of_o this_o kind_n of_o man_n quest_n but_o who_o or_o what_o be_v they_o of_o who_o the_o apostle_n here_o foretell_v that_o they_o shall_v prove_v so_o desperate_o wicked_a man_n shall_v be_v blaspher_n but_o what_o man_n answ._n we_o answer_v the_o man_n here_o point_v at_o be_v 1._o general_o christian_n not_o such_o as_o be_v without_o heathen_n or_o jew_n open_a and_o profess_a enemy_n to_o christ_n and_o his_o gospel_n but_o such_o as_o make_v a_o outward_a profession_n of_o christianity_n and_o such_o as_o pretend_v themselves_o member_n of_o the_o church_n so_o much_o we_o may_v collect_v from_o the_o five_o verse_n of_o the_o chapter_n where_o the_o apostle_n describe_v those_o of_o who_o he_o here_o speak_v to_o be_v such_o as_o have_v {non-roman}_o {non-roman}_o {non-roman}_o {non-roman}_o {non-roman}_o a_o form_n of_o godliness_n a_o vizard_n of_o piety_n a_o formal_a profession_n of_o faith_n and_o holiness_n though_o deny_v the_o power_n of_o it_o such_o they_o be_v to_o be_v for_o the_o general_a professor_n 2._o more_o particular_o not_o only_o professor_n but_o teacher_n such_o as_o take_v upon_o they_o to_o teach_v and_o instruct_v other_o and_o be_v very_o active_a zealous_a and_o industrious_a in_o that_o way_n so_o the_o apostle_n proceed_v in_o his_o description_n in_o the_o follow_a verse_n 6._o of_o this_o sort_n be_v they_o which_o creep_v into_o house_n etc._n etc._n such_o as_o under_o a_o pretence_n and_o colour_n of_o propagate_a and_o promote_a the_o gospel_n go_v about_o vent_v their_o erroneous_a and_o heretical_a opinion_n and_o blasphemy_n seek_v to_o make_v proselyte_n to_o gain_v disciple_n corrupt_v
