these_o can_v justify_v the_o other_o §_o 9_o this_o i_o say_v in_o case_n the_o error_n be_v real_o on_o the_o man_n not_o on_o the_o church_n side_n but_o if_o as_o in_o the_o case_n propose_v the_o error_n be_v suppose_v to_o be_v whole_o on_o the_o church_n side_n and_o withal_o indispensable_o require_v to_o be_v subscribe_v by_o all_o and_o so_o the_o condition_n of_o that_o communion_n be_v exact_v of_o he_o who_o can_v without_o sin_n undertake_v they_o be_v to_o he_o real_o and_o unexcusable_o unlawful_a then_o certain_o to_o that_o man_n in_o that_o case_n it_o be_v no_o crime_n not_o to_o communicate_v when_o he_o be_v thus_o exclude_v from_o communicate_v with_o that_o church_n but_o a_o crime_n and_o a_o great_a one_o thus_o by_o testify_v against_o the_o truth_n and_o his_o own_o conscience_n to_o qualify_v himself_o for_o that_o communion_n the_o admission_n of_o such_o guilt_n as_o these_o hypocrisy_n and_o lie_v against_o conscience_n and_o due_a ground_n of_o conviction_n be_v too_o high_a a_o price_n to_o be_v pay_v even_o for_o peace_n or_o communion_n itself_o §_o 10._o a_o meek_a son_n of_o the_o church_n of_o christ_n will_v certain_o be_v content_a to_o sacrifice_v a_o great_a deal_n for_o the_o make_n of_o this_o purchase_n and_o when_o the_o fundamental_o of_o the_o faith_n and_o superstructure_n of_o christian_a practice_n be_v not_o concern_v in_o the_o concession_n he_o will_v cheerful_o express_v his_o readiness_n to_o submit_v or_o deposit_v his_o own_o judgement_n in_o reverence_n and_o deference_n to_o his_o superior_n in_o false_a profession_n be_v now_o require_v to_o our_o readmission_n the_o same_o be_v former_o require_v to_o our_o continuance_n in_o their_o communion_n and_o consequent_o our_o ancestor_n departure_n than_o can_v not_o be_v suppose_v as_o in_o this_o last_o fiction_n of_o case_n it_o be_v a_o schismatical_a departure_n i_o shall_v not_o need_v to_o give_v any_o more_o distinct_a answer_n to_o this_o than_o 1._o that_o we_o that_o acknowledge_v not_o the_o church_n of_o rome_n to_o be_v infallible_a may_v be_v allow_v to_o make_v a_o supposition_n which_o be_v found_v in_o the_o possibility_n of_o her_o insert_v some_o error_n in_o her_o confession_n and_o make_v the_o explicit_a acknowledgement_n of_o that_o the_o peremptory_a indispensable_a condition_n of_o her_o communion_n 2._o that_o it_o be_v possible_a also_o though_o not_o by_o we_o pretend_v that_o she_o shall_v since_o that_o suppose_a departure_n of_o our_o ancestor_n introduce_v some_o new_a doctrine_n and_o consequent_o some_o new_a error_n and_o those_o now_o be_v supposeable_a to_o lie_v in_o the_o way_n to_o our_o return_n though_o they_o have_v no_o part_n before_o their_o birth_n in_o drive_v we_o from_o they_o 3._o that_o that_o may_v be_v by_o the_o church_n of_o rome_n permit_v and_o allow_v to_o those_o that_o have_v always_o remain_v in_o their_o communion_n which_o to_o they_o that_o have_v depart_v and_o either_o in_o their_o person_n or_o posterity_n desire_v to_o return_v to_o it_o will_v not_o be_v permit_v by_o they_o it_o be_v more_o ordinary_a to_o indulge_v
