arise_v from_o some_o kind_n of_o ignorance_n or_o at_o least_o from_o present_a inadvertence_n and_o inconsideration_n turn_v away_o the_o mind_n from_o the_o light_n which_o therefore_o for_o the_o time_n be_v as_o if_o it_o be_v not_o and_o be_v all_o one_o with_o ignorance_n in_o the_o â—ffect_n and_o therefore_o the_o work_n of_o sin_n be_v all_o call_v work_n of_o darkness_n for_o be_v the_o true_a visage_n of_o sin_n see_v at_o a_o full_a light_n undress_v and_o unpainted_a it_o be_v impossiable_a while_o it_o so_o appear_v that_o any_o one_o soul_n can_v be_v in_o love_n with_o it_o the_o time_n of_o their_o ignorance_n though_o the_o star_n shine_v never_o so_o bright_a and_o the_o moon_n with_o they_o in_o its_o full_a yet_o they_o do_v not_o all_o together_o make_v it_o day_n himself_o that_o he_o send_v into_o the_o soul_n by_o which_o he_o make_v it_o discern_v his_o incomparable_a beauty_n and_o by_o that_o sight_n alienates_v it_o from_o all_o those_o lust_n and_o desire_n that_o do_v then_o appear_v to_o be_v what_o indeed_o they_o be_v vileness_n and_o filthiness_n itself_o make_v the_o soul_n wonder_v at_o itself_o how_o it_o can_v love_v such_o base_a trash_n so_o long_o and_o so_o full_o resolve_v it_o now_o on_o the_o choice_n of_o jesus_n christ_n the_o chief_n
evil_n and_o the_o cause_n of_o all_o other_o evil_n it_o be_v a_o transgression_n of_o the_o just_a law_n of_o god_n and_o so_o a_o provocation_n of_o his_o just_a anger_n and_o the_o cause_n of_o those_o punishment_n temporal_a and_o spiritual_a and_o eternal_a which_o he_o inflict_v and_o then_o consider_v how_o mighty_a he_o be_v to_o punish_v both_o the_o power_n and_o reach_v of_o his_o difference_n betwixt_o those_o two_o kind_n of_o fear_n that_o be_v usual_o difference_v by_o the_o name_n of_o servile_a and_o filial_a fear_n but_o certain_o the_o most_o genuine_a fear_n of_o the_o and_o dispute_v with_o they_o that_o say_v they_o have_v it_o so_o that_o his_o soul_n can_v come_v there_o yet_o some_o sin_n may_v bring_v as_o it_o be_v a_o piece_n of_o hell_n into_o his_o soul_n for_o a_o time_n and_o this_o be_v reason_n enough_o for_o any_o christian_a in_o his_o right_a wit_n to_o be_v afraid_a of_o sin_n no_o man_n will_v willing_o hazard_v himself_o upon_o a_o fall_n that_o may_v break_v his_o leg_n or_o some_o other_o bone_n though_o he_o can_v be_v make_v sure_a both_o that_o he_o shall_v not_o break_v his_o neck_n or_o that_o his_o life_n be_v not_o at_o all_o in_o danger_n and_o that_o he_o shall_v be_v perfect_o cure_v yet_o the_o pain_n and_o trouble_v of_o such_o a_o hurt_n will_v scare_v he_o and_o make_v he_o warry_a and_o fearful_a when_o he_o walk_v in_o danger_n the_o break_a bone_n that_o david_n complain_v of_o after_o his_o fall_n may_v work_v fear_n and_o warriness_n in_o these_o that_o hear_v he_o though_o they_o be_v ascertain_v of_o a_o like_a recovery_n this_o fear_n be_v not_o cowardice_n it_o do_v not_o debase_v but_o elevate_v the_o mind_n for_o it_o drown_v all_o low_a fear_n and_o beget_v true_a fortitude_n and_o courage_n to_o encounter_v all_o danger_n for_o a_o good_a conscience_n and_o the_o obey_n of_o god_n the_o righteous_a be_v bold_a as_o a_o lion_n he_o dare_v do_v any_o thing_n but_o offend_v god_n and_o to_o casualty_n and_o often_o disappointment_n in_o their_o undertake_n but_o with_o god_n where_o both_o wisdom_n and_o power_n be_v infinite_a there_o can_v be_v neither_o any_o chance_n nor_o resistance_n from_o without_o nor_o any_o imperfection_n at_o all_o in_o the_o contrivance_n of_o thing_n neither_o himself_n can_v give_v that_o cause_n to_o add_v or_o abate_v or_o alter_v any_o thing_n in_o the_o frame_n of_o his_o purpose_n the_o model_n of_o the_o whole_a world_n and_o of_o all_o the_o course_n of_o time_n be_v with_o he_o one_o and_o the_o same_o from_o all_o etenity_n god_n decree_n be_v not_o this_o to_o cut_v and_o square_a god_n thought_n to_o we_o and_o examine_v his_o sovereign_a purpose_n by_o the_o low_a principle_n of_o humane_a wisdom_n how_o much_o more_o learned_a than_o all_o such_o knowledge_n be_v the_o apostle_n ignorance_n when_o he_o cry_v out_o o_o the_o depth_n of_o the_o riches_n both_o of_o the_o wisdom_n and_o knowledge_n of_o god_n how_o unsearchable_a be_v his_o judgement_n and_o his_o way_n past_o find_v out_o rom._n 11.33_o why_o then_o shall_v any_o man_n debate_n what_o place_n in_o the_o series_n of_o god_n decree_n be_v to_o
