that_o one_o person_n may_v be_v helpful_a and_o profitable_a to_o another_o every_o one_o useful_a in_o his_o place_n and_z calling_z by_o their_o several_a gift_n grace_n act_n and_o operation_n of_o several_a nature_n and_o degree_n among_o themselves_o and_o one_o with_o another_o that_o all_o shall_v conduce_v and_o work_v together_o though_o in_o several_a way_n and_o respect_n to_o bring_v glory_n to_o god_n and_o profit_n and_o edification_n each_o to_o other_o use_v 2_o this_o also_o shall_v teach_v governor_n and_o all_o who_o have_v any_o charge_n over_o other_o to_o observe_v and_o find_v out_o what_o the_o gift_n and_o qualification_n be_v of_o those_o over_o who_o they_o have_v any_o charge_n that_o so_o according_o they_o may_v design_n they_o and_o dispose_v of_o they_o this_o be_v their_o duty_n and_o their_o wisdom_n and_o it_o be_v every_o one_o duty_n in_o reference_n to_o himself_o before_o he_o enter_v upon_o any_o call_v or_o course_n of_o life_n to_o consider_v wherein_o cheifey_n his_o gift_n lie_v that_o according_o he_o may_v apply_v himself_o for_o see_v the_o spirit_n of_o god_n divide_v to_o every_o man_n gift_n and_o qualification_n pride_n of_o some_o man_n who_o be_v eminent_a in_o some_o gift_n or_o use_v 3_o endowment_n and_o thereby_o also_o it_o may_v be_v answerable_o profitable_a in_o church_n or_o commonwealth_n upon_o occasion_n of_o which_o they_o despise_v other_o who_o be_v their_o inferiors_n in_o such_o gift_n but_o know_v o_o vain_a man_n that_o those_o other_o may_v excel_v thou_o in_o some_o other_o gift_n and_o may_v bring_v glory_n to_o god_n and_o benefit_n to_o the_o body_n of_o christ_n as_o much_o another_o way_n by_o their_o fervent_a prayer_n spiritual_a speech_n and_o conference_n holy_a and_o humble_a walk_n diligent_a improvement_n of_o gift_n talent_n advantage_n which_o god_n have_v put_v into_o their_o hand_n and_o therefore_o christian_n shall_v walk_v humble_o though_o never_o so_o eminent_a in_o qualification_n even_o upon_o this_o consideration_n as_o well_o as_o other_o that_o though_o they_o excel_v their_o brethren_n in_o these_o and_o these_o thing_n yet_o those_o their_o brethren_n may_v go_v beyond_o they_o in_o other_o gift_n and_o be_v profitable_a as_o much_o or_o more_o than_o themselves_o another_o way_n according_a to_o what_o god_n have_v give_v they_o the_o
