the_o world_n 7._o consider_v if_o thou_o miscarry_v in_o this_o great_a work_n of_o concernment_n viz._n thy_o death_n thou_o be_v undo_v for_o ever_o if_o thou_o may_v live_v again_o and_o mend_v that_o error_n which_o thou_o commit_v in_o thy_o die_a ill_a then_o there_o be_v some_o hope_n but_o it_o be_v appoint_v for_o all_o man_n once_o to_o die_v and_o but_o once_o affection_n 1._o press_v he_o to_o holiness_n he_o may_v be_v wrought_v upon_o i_o have_v omit_v it_o hitherto_o but_o i_o be_o resolve_v sometime_o within_o a_o week_n to_o take_v some_o opportunity_n to_o speak_v serious_o and_o home_o unto_o he_o or_o give_v so_o much_o to_o the_o poor_a and_o so_o every_o week_n give_v so_o much_o to_o the_o poor_a until_o i_o have_v speak_v with_o he_o etc._n etc._n and_o since_o it_o so_o much_o concern_v i_o to_o be_v prepare_v for_o death_n i_o will_v every_o day_n make_v it_o one_o special_a clause_n of_o my_o prayer_n to_o beg_v of_o god_n that_o he_o will_v fit_v i_o for_o that_o hour_n and_o i_o will_v lay_v up_o a_o treasury_n in_o heaven_n by_o give_v to_o the_o poor_a and_o make_v myself_o friend_n of_o this_o unrighteous_a mammon_n that_o when_o i_o fail_v they_o may_v receive_v i_o into_o their_o habitation_n conclusion_n 1._o pray_v beg_v of_o god_n that_o he_o will_v increase_v in_o thou_o strong_a spiritual_a apprehension_n of_o death_n and_o the_o rest_n of_o the_o mercy_n we_o enjoy_v alas_o what_o do_v god_n require_v of_o we_o for_o all_o his_o mercy_n but_o this_o that_o we_o shall_v love_v he_o with_o all_o our_o heart_n soul_n and_o strength_n 3._o stir_v up_o thy_o heart_n to_o praise_n and_o thansgiving_n bless_v the_o lord_n o_o my_o soul_n and_o all_o that_o be_v within_o i_o bless_v his_o holy_a name_n forget_v not_o all_o his_o benefit_n who_o forgive_v all_o thy_o iniquity_n who_o heal_v all_o thy_o disease_n who_o redeem_v thy_o life_n from_o destruction_n who_o crown_v thou_o with_o lovingkindness_n and_o tender_a mercy_n not_o love_n god_n not_o not_o praise_n god_n o_o my_o soul_n why_o what_o can_v god_n require_v less_o at_o thy_o hand_n then_o these_o i_o have_v hear_v of_o one_o that_o be_v deliver_v out_o of_o a_o great_a and_o long_a desertion_n have_v much_o ado_n to_o stay_v within_o door_n and_o not_o run_v into_o the_o street_n and_o stay_v every_o one_o she_o meet_v that_o she_o may_v in_o meditate_v upon_o the_o mercy_n and_o love_n of_o god_n his_o mercy_n be_v enough_o and_o great_a enough_o sure_o to_o take_v up_o so_o much_o time_n for_o in_o heaven_n eternity_n be_v little_a enough_o to_o admire_v they_o conclusion_n 1._o pray_v desire_v god_n that_o he_o will_v by_o his_o spirit_n blow_v these_o coâ—ls_n of_o mercy_n that_o he_o may_v inflame_v thy_o heart_n with_o love_n and_o joy_n and_o prase_n of_o he_o alas_o otherwise_o the_o judgement_n of_o god_n will_v not_o affect_v we_o nor_o the_o mercy_n of_o god_n inflame_v we_o it_o be_v the_o spirit_n that_o quicken_v else_o mercy_n will_v not_o profit_v 2._o praise_v god_n call_v upon_o thy_o soul_n again_o and_o again_o awâ—ken_v thy_o heart_n let_v it_o not_o be_v so_o drowsy_a at_o a_o work_n of_o after_o the_o meditation_n be_v end_v think_v with_o thyself_o what_o truth_n do_v most_o affect_v thou_o etc._n etc._n 2._o write_v down_o thy_o resolution_n etc._n etc._n 3._o god_n unwil_o from_o this_o duty_n meditat._n iii_o of_o sin_n 1._o be_v convince_v of_o and_o affect_v with_o the_o presence_n of_o god_n 2_o desire_v god_n to_o assist_v thou_o in_o this_o meditation_n consideration_n 1._o consider_v serious_o how_o much_o god_n abhor_v sin_n and_o how_o odious_a it_o be_v to_o he_o this_o you_o may_v see_v both_o by_o what_o god_n have_v say_v and_o what_o god_n have_v do_v to_o show_v the_o abhorrence_n of_o it_o 2._o sinner_n it_o be_v say_v that_o god_n loathe_v they_o and_o they_o loathe_v god_n zec._n 11._o 8._o and_o god_n by_o his_o prophet_n cry_v out_o say_v o_o do_v
