christ_n which_o be_v neither_o real_o own_v or_o declare_v so_o to_o be_v either_o by_o the_o scripture_n or_o common-prayer-book_n and_o will_v you_o make_v we_o offender_n when_o neither_o scripture_n nor_o common-prayer-book_n make_v we_o so_o or_o will_v you_o punish_v we_o as_o offender_n for_o not_o come_v to_o that_o which_o in_o reality_n be_v neither_o own_v by_o the_o scripture_n or_o common-prayer-book_n be_v there_o any_o equity_n or_o reason_n for_o that_o consider_v well_o of_o it_o and_o if_o upon_o serious_a consideration_n the_o witness_n of_o god_n in_o you_o answer_v the_o equitableness_n and_o justness_n of_o our_o innocent_a cause_n &_o tell_v you_o by_o testify_v to_o your_o conscience_n that_o there_o be_v neither_o equity_n nor_o reason_n to_o punish_v we_o as_o offender_n for_o that_o which_o be_v neither_o own_v by_o the_o scripture_n or_o common-prayer-book_n because_o you_o profess_v they_o both_o as_o your_o rule_n in_o point_n of_o religion_n and_o worship_n of_o god_n then_o be_v advise_v and_o do_v not_o proceed_v against_o we_o in_o judgement_n when_o the_o witness_n of_o god_n in_o your_o own_o conscience_n answer_v for_o we_o lest_o god_n the_o righteous_a judge_n enter_v into_o judgement_n with_o you_o for_o so_o do_v and_o if_o you_o be_v convince_v and_o persuade_v in_o your_o heart_n and_o conscience_n that_o cathedral_n or_o par_fw-fr sh-meeting-place_n be_v not_o the_o only_a true_a church_n of_o christ_n as_o well_o you_o may_v if_o you_o have_v any_o right_a understanding_n in_o the_o thing_n of_o god_n according_a to_o gospel_n dispensation_n because_o the_o scripture_n do_v declare_v the_o only_a true_a church_n to_o be_v the_o body_n of_o christ_n and_o christ_n to_o be_v the_o head_n of_o the_o church_n which_o be_v his_o body_n as_o it_o be_v write_v and_o leave_v upon_o record_n in_o scripture_n ephes_n 1.22_o 23._o and_o if_o you_o do_v believe_v that_o the_o church_n be_v the_o body_n of_o christ_n and_o that_o christ_n be_v the_o head_n of_o his_o body_n the_o church_n than_o you_o may_v well_o be_v convince_v and_o persuade_v or_o at_o least_o ought_v that_o cathedral_n or_o parish_n meeting-place_n be_v not_o the_o church_n because_o cathedral_n and_o parish-meeting-place_n be_v not_o the_o body_n of_o christ_n christ_n so_o love_v the_o church_n that_o he_o give_v himself_o for_o it_o that_o he_o may_v sanctify_v and_o cleanse_v it_o and_o make_v it_o unto_o himself_o a_o glorious_a church_n that_o it_o shall_v be_v holy_a and_o without_o blemish_n eph._n 5.23_o 24_o 25_o 26_o 27._o and_o also_o the_o lord_n do_v nourish_v and_o cherish_v the_o church_n as_o it_o be_v write_v eph._n 5.28_o 29._o but_o where_o be_v it_o write_v that_o cathedral_n and_o parish-meeting-place_n common_o call_v parish_n church_n be_v the_o body_n of_o christ_n or_o that_o christ_n be_v the_o head_n of_o they_o or_o that_o christ_n lay_v down_o his_o life_n for_o they_o or_o that_o they_o be_v nourish_v and_o cherishby_o the_o lord_n as_o aforesaid_a if_o you_o say_v cathedral_n and_o parish_n meet_v place_n common_o call_v parish_n be_v not_o the_o body_n of_o christ_n therefore_o not_o the_o church_n neither_o do_v christ_n lay_v down_o his_o life_n for_o they_o neither_o be_v they_o nourish_v and_o cherish_v by_o the_o lord_n as_o aforesaid_a therefore_o we_o do_v not_o account_v they_o the_o church_n what_o then_o be_v it_o that_o you_o call_v and_o account_v the_o church_n and_o require_v we_o to_o come_v unto_o which_o we_o be_v present_v for_o not_o come_v to_o if_o you_o say_v and_o confess_v that_o cathedral_n and_o parish_n meet_v place_n common_o call_v parish_n church_n be_v not_o the_o thing_n you_o require_v we_o to_o come_v unto_o because_o it_o be_v evident_a by_o the_o scripture_n and_o common-prayer_n book_n that_o cathedral_n and_o parish_n meet_v place_n be_v not_o the_o church_n which_o be_v the_o body_n of_o christ_n and_o nourish_v and_o cherish_v by_o the_o lord_n as_o aforesaid_a we_o further_o ask_v what_o be_v the_o church_n if_o you_o deny_v cathedral_n and_o parish-metting-place_n to_o be_v the_o church_n as_o aforesaid_a be_v the_o ungodly_a people_n such_o as_o be_v not_o govern_v and_o sanctify_v by_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n though_o they_o may_v meet_v in_o cathedral_n and_o parish-meeting-place_n the_o church_n which_o be_v the_o body_n of_o christ_n subject_n unto_o christ_n and_o as_o aforesaid_a and_o if_o you_o say_v no_o they_o who_o be_v not_o govern_v and_o sanctify_v by_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n be_v not_o true_a member_n of_o the_o church_n of_o god_n if_o so_o then_o may_v not_o we_o say_v that_o though_o we_o may_v not_o come_v to_o cathedral_n or_o parish_n meet_v place_n common_o call_v parish_n church_n nor_o meet_v in_o point_n of_o religion_n and_o worship_n of_o god_n with_o such_o people_n as_o be_v not_o govern_v &_o sanctify_v by_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n it_o can_v proper_o be_v say_v that_o we_o do_v not_o come_v to_o the_o church_n neither_o ought_v we_o to_o be_v present_v or_o punish_v for_o refuse_v to_o meet_v in_o point_n of_o religion_n and_o worship_n of_o god_n with_o they_o who_o be_v not_o govern_v and_o sanctify_v by_o the_o spirit_n of_o the_o lord_n though_o they_o may_v meet_v in_o cathedral_n or_o parish-meeting-place_n common_o call_v parish_n church_n as_o aforesaid_a concern_v the_o church_n what_o it_o be_v according_a to_o scripture-account_n the_o sanctify_a and_o belove_a people_n of_o god_n be_v in_o scripture_n account_v and_o declare_v to_o be_v the_o church_n of_o god_n it_o be_v say_v in_o eph._n 5.25_o christ_n so_o love_v the_o church_n that_o he_o give_v himself_o for_o it_o
