premise_v i_o shall_v now_o prove_v the_o say_a oath_n of_o supremacy_n to_o be_v lawful_a for_o any_o catholic_n to_o take_v every_o oath_n that_o be_v accompany_v with_o the_o three_o say_a condition_n or_o companion_n viz._n verity_n justice_n and_o judgement_n in_o the_o opinion_n of_o all_o divine_n canon_n and_o civil_a lawyer_n be_v a_o lawful_a oath_n but_o such_o be_v the_o oath_n for_o there_o be_v no_o other_o supreme_a governor_n of_o temporal_a thing_n to_o be_v assign_v but_o the_o king_n as_o all_o will_v confess_v nor_o of_o ecclesiastical_a thing_n or_o the_o church_n of_o england_n as_o by_o a_o sufficient_a enumeration_n may_v be_v prove_v for_o the_o parliament_n be_v not_o supreme_a governor_n of_o the_o church_n within_o this_o realm_n when_o as_o according_a to_o the_o natural_a light_n of_o reason_n the_o king_n be_v governor_n of_o that_o and_o therefore_o not_o supreme_a the_o primate_n can_v be_v assign_v supreme_a governor_n when_o as_o he_o have_v all_o his_o authority_n of_o government_n from_o the_o king_n and_o so_o he_o have_v a_o superior_a a_o lay-eldership_n can_v be_v supreme_a governor_n for_o although_o it_o be_v unknown_a what_o it_o be_v or_o from_o whence_o it_o receive_v its_o authority_n yet_o i_o think_v no_o lay-eldership_n so_o barbarous_a as_o not_o to_o
