oath_n god_n word_n have_v condemn_v they_o and_o they_o shall_v without_o repentance_n bring_v damnation_n i_o but_o i_o swear_v that_o which_o be_v true_a it_o be_v not_o a_o lie_n be_v it_o so_o that_o if_o it_o be_v the_o very_a truth_n yet_o god_n have_v not_o bind_v you_o only_o not_o to_o take_v up_o his_o name_n false_o but_o also_o not_o to_o take_v it_o up_o idle_o &_o vain_o and_o again_o this_o ordinary_a swear_n in_o one_o common_n talk_v will_v at_o length_n bring_v false_a swear_n it_o can_v be_v avoid_v but_o that_o he_o which_o usual_o swear_v vain_o shall_v now_o and_o then_o swear_v false_o for_o the_o often_o toss_v of_o god_n holy_a and_o sacred_a name_n or_o any_o of_o his_o creature_n in_o one_o mouth_n frivelous_o and_o careless_o do_v beget_v at_o length_n such_o a_o base_a opinion_n and_o account_n of_o these_o thing_n that_o they_o care_v not_o how_o they_o use_v they_o oh_o but_o say_v one_o i_o will_v not_o swear_v indeed_o but_o they_o constrain_v i_o and_o urge_v i_o to_o it_o for_o they_o will_v not_o trust_v i_o else_o but_o if_o they_o will_v not_o better_a they_o not_o trust_v you_o than_o god_n not_o save_v better_o undergo_v man_n unjust_a suspicion_n than_o god_n just_a damnation_n and_o what_o be_v the_o cause_n that_o some_o man_n credit_n be_v grow_v so_o weak_a and_o feeble_a that_o it_o will_v not_o stand_v unless_o it_o be_v underprop_a by_o a_o oath_n because_o they_o have_v so_o wound_v their_o name_n by_o lie_v deal_v &_o by_o cozenage_n as_o that_o man_n take_v all_o fonr_a falsehood_n that_o come_v from_o they_o but_o if_o one_o will_v deal_v just_o and_o true_o and_o live_v a_o honest_a life_n he_o shall_v not_o need_v to_o use_v such_o sinful_a shift_n to_o get_v man_n to_o trust_v he_o for_o there_o be_v many_o of_o god_n people_n that_o through_o god_n mercy_n can_v say_v they_o have_v deal_v so_o honest_o and_o conscionablie_o with_o man_n and_o have_v make_v such_o due_a account_n of_o their_o promise_n as_o now_o no_o man_n that_o know_v they_o will_v go_v about_o to_o put_v they_o to_o their_o oath_n their_o bare_a word_n shall_v end_v the_o contraversie_n so_o that_o if_o they_o will_v deal_v plain_o and_o just_o with_o other_o and_o let_v they_o see_v some_o truth_n in_o their_o word_n they_o shall_v not_o need_v this_o idle_a kind_n of_o adjuration_n to_o the_o hurt_n of_o their_o soul_n so_o that_o to_o swear_v when_o no_o oath_n be_v require_v or_o accept_v nor_o can_v edify_v but_o rather_o hurt_v be_v great_o to_o be_v condemn_v but_o if_o vain_a swear_n be_v a_o plant_n of_o the_o devil_n set_v and_o will_v bring_v forth_o fruit_n for_o his_o store_n viz._n damnation_n then_o how_o much_o more_o horrible_a and_o odious_a be_v that_o blaspemous_a and_o furious_a and_o name_n of_o god_n if_o god_n cross_v they_o in_o their_o die_n which_o be_v dear_a to_o they_o they_o will_v cross_v he_o in_o his_o glory_n which_o be_v dear_a to_o he_o if_o he_o will_v make_v the_o die_n run_v against_o they_o they_o will_v not_o put_v it_o up_o so_o but_o they_o will_v be_v revenge_v their_o tongue_n shall_v run_v as_o fast_o against_o he_o here_o be_v a_o hart_n full_o possess_v with_o the_o devil_n or_o rather_o change_v into_o a_o devil_n that_o can_v find_v no_o other_o remedy_n when_o they_o be_v cross_v &_o move_v but_o to_o dishonour_n god_n as_o who_o shall_v say_v it_o be_v a_o ease_n &_o pleasure_n to_o their_o mind_n when_o they_o can_v bring_v any_o foul_a disgrace_n unto_o his_o name_n so_o much_o as_o in_o they_o lie_v hell_n gape_v with_o open_a mouth_n for_o such_o hellish_a person_n and_o a_o most_o horrible_a &_o fearful_a damnation_n remain_v for_o such_o horrible_a and_o fearful_a sinner_n but_o this_o may_v be_v a_o unspeakable_a in_o so_o mean_v a_o place_n and_o so_o contemptible_a a_o degree_n but_o that_o he_o must_v if_o he_o will_v take_v the_o name_n of_o christ_n upon_o he_o &_o the_o profession_n of_o christian_n religion_n he_o must_v adorn_v and_o deck_v it_o which_o he_o may_v do_v by_o be_v faithful_a and_o diligent_a in_o his_o place_n and_o give_v every_o man_n his_o due_a conscionable_o even_o a_o servant_n if_o he_o be_v not_o audacious_a and_o saucy_a and_o malapart_n and_o pick_v and_o false_a but_o trusty_a and_o diligent_a and_o serviceable_a and_o patient_a and_o meek_a and_o humble_a
