expert_a in_o the_o law_n
which_o god_n give_v to_o the_o jew_n but_o not_o to_o the_o gentile_a and_o thou_o be_v circumcise_v with_o that_o cirrumcision_n which_o god_n appoint_v as_o a_o sign_n of_o that_o covenant_n which_o god_n make_v with_o abraham_n whereas_o the_o gentile_a be_v uncircumcised_a and_o ignorant_a of_o the_o law_n of_o god_n but_o though_o thou_o judge_v thus_o with_o respect_n of_o person_n to_o thyself_o yet_o we_o be_v sure_a that_o the_o judgement_n of_o god_n be_v according_a to_o truth_n and_o without_o respect_n of_o person_n against_o they_o which_o do_v such_o thing_n be_v they_o jew_n oâ—_n be_v they_o gentile_n 3._o and_o think_v thou_o this_o o_o man_n that_o judge_v they_o which_o do_v such_o thing_n and_o do_v the_o same_o that_o thou_o shall_v escape_v the_o judgement_n of_o god_n 3_o but_o tell_v i_o in_o good_a earnest_n o_o thou_o jew_n do_v thou_o that_o condemne_v they_o which_o do_v such_o thing_n and_o do_v thyself_o the_o same_o do_v thou_o i_o say_v think_v this_o that_o thou_o shall_v escape_v the_o judgement_n of_o god_n 4._o or_o despise_v thou_o the_o riches_n of_o his_o goodness_n and_o forbearance_n and_o long-suffering_a not_o know_v that_o the_o goodness_n of_o god_n lead_v thou_o to_o repentance_n 4._o or_o presume_v that_o god_n be_v well_o please_v with_o thou_o because_o he_o do_v not_o execute_v some_o signal_n judgement_n upon_o thou_o but_o be_v good_a and_o patient_a and_o long-suffering_a towards_o thou_o do_v thou_o despise_v he_o and_o fear_v he_o not_o because_o of_o this_o his_o goodness_n and_o forbearance_n and_o long-suffering_a towards_o thou_o not_o know_v that_o the_o end_n of_o god_n goodness_n be_v to_o lead_v thou_o to_o repentance_n 5._o but_o after_o thy_o hardness_n and_o impenitent_a heart_n treasure_v up_o unto_o thyself_o wrath_n against_o the_o day_n of_o wrath_n and_o revelation_n of_o the_o righteous_a judgement_n of_o god_n 5._o but_o thou_o through_o the_o blindness_n and_o hardness_n and_o impenitency_n of_o heart_n which_o thou_o contract_a to_o thyself_o by_o these_o mean_n thou_o i_o say_v do_v augment_v the_o weight_n of_o those_o punishment_n and_o encrease_v the_o number_n of_o those_o torment_n which_o shall_v be_v pour_v out_o upon_o thou_o by_o reason_n of_o thy_o sin_n in_o the_o day_n of_o god_n wrath_n when_o he_o shall_v execute_v his_o righteous_a judgement_n in_o the_o sight_n of_o all_o the_o world_n 6._o who_o will_v render_v to_o every_o man_n according_a to_o his_o deed_n 6._o who_o will_v then_o render_v to_o every_o man_n a_o reward_n according_a to_o his_o deed_n 7._o to_o they_o who_o by_o patient_a continuance_n in_o well-doing_n seek_v for_o glory_n and_o honour_n and_o immortality_n eternal_a life_n 7._o to_o they_o who_o by_o patient_a continuance_n in_o well_o do_v seek_v according_a to_o the_o gospel_n for_o glory_n and_o honour_n and_o immortality_n eternal_a life_n 8._o but_o unto_o they_o that_o be_v contentious_a and_o do_v not_o obey_v the_o truth_n but_o obey_v unrighteousness_n indignation_n and_o wrath_n 8._o but_o unto_o they_o which_o obey_v not_o the_o gospel_n which_o be_v the_o word_n of_o truth_n but_o be_v contentious_a against_o it_o and_o against_o the_o minister_n thereof_o and_o obey_v lie_n indignation_n and_o wrath_n 9_o tribulation_n and_o anguish_n upon_o every_o soul_n of_o man_n sin_v shall_v be_v condemn_v though_o not_o by_o that_o law_n because_o they_o receive_v it_o not_o and_o as_o for_o the_o jew_n who_o have_v receive_v the_o write_a law_n as_o many_o of_o they_o as_o have_v sin_v under_o that_o law_n shall_v be_v judge_v by_o that_o law_n 16._o in_o the_o day_n when_o god_n shall_v judge_v the_o secret_n of_o man_n by_o jesus_n christ_n according_a to_o my_o gospel_n 16._o in_o the_o day_n wherein_o god_n shall_v judge_v even_o the_o secret_n of_o man_n by_o jesus_n christ_n who_o he_o have_v appoint_v to_o be_v judge_n both_o of_o the_o quick_a and_o dead_a according_a to_o the_o gospel_n which_o i_o have_v preach_v 13._o for_o not_o the_o hearer_n of_o the_o law_n be_v just_a before_o god_n but_o the_o doer_n of_o the_o law_n shall_v be_v justify_v 13._o i_o say_v as_o for_o the_o jew_n who_o have_v receive_v the_o write_a law_n they_o as_o many_o of_o they_o as_o have_v sin_v under_o that_o law_n shall_v be_v judge_v by_o that_o law_n for_o if_o we_o think_v of_o obtain_v justification_n by_o the_o law_n not_o the_o hearer_n of_o the_o law_n and_o the_o learned_a in_o the_o law_n be_v justify_v before_o god_n but_o the_o doer_n of_o the_o law_n that_o be_v to_o say_v they_o which_o do_v and_o have_v do_v the_o work_n of_o the_o law_n so_o exact_o as_o the_o law_n require_v and_o have_v never_o break_v the_o least_o title_n thereof_o at_o any_o time_n they_o and_o they_o only_a shall_v be_v justify_v by_o the_o law_n in_o god_n sight_n 14._o for_o when_o the_o gentile_n which_o have_v not_o the_o law_n do_v by_o nature_n the_o thing_n contain_v in_o the_o law_n these_o have_v not_o the_o law_n be_v a_o law_n unto_o themselves_o 14._o but_o because_o i_o say_v of_o the_o gentile_n who_o have_v not_o receive_v the_o write_a law_n that_o as_o many_o of_o they_o as_o have_v sin_v shall_v be_v condemn_v though_o not_o by_o that_o law_n because_o they_o receive_v it_o not_o i_o will_v not_o have_v any_o think_v that_o the_o gentile_n be_v quite_o without_o law_n for_o then_o indeed_o they_o can_v never_o sin_n and_o never_o be_v condemn_v for_o sin_n for_o sin_n be_v the_o breach_n of_o a_o law_n but_o though_o they_o have_v not_o a_o write_a law_n that_o be_v a_o law_n visible_o write_v in_o table_n of_o stone_n as_o the_o jew_n have_v yet_o be_v they_o not_o without_o a_o law_n for_o when_o the_o gentile_n which_o have_v not_o the_o law_n that_o write_v law_n which_o be_v write_v in_o table_n of_o stone_n and_o give_v by_o moses_n do_v by_o the_o light_n and_o instinct_n of_o nature_n the_o thing_n which_o be_v contain_v in_o the_o write_a law_n of_o moses_n these_o though_o they_o have_v not_o that_o law_n yet_o they_o be_v as_o a_o law_n unto_o themselves_o 15._o which_o show_v the_o work_n of_o the_o law_n write_v in_o their_o heart_n their_o conscience_n also_o bear_v witness_n and_o their_o thought_n the_o mean_a while_n accuse_v or_o else_o excuse_v one_o another_o 15._o for_o they_o show_v that_o that_o which_o the_o law_n of_o moses_n enjoin_v be_v write_v though_o invisible_o in_o their_o heart_n when_o as_o they_o make_v public_a law_n and_o give_v private_a precept_n conform_v thereunto_o etc._n etc._n and_o their_o conscience_n also_o bear_v witness_n to_o this_o that_o be_v to_o say_v their_o thought_n which_o accuse_v or_o else_o excuse_v they_o by_o course_n excuse_v they_o when_o they_o do_v well_o and_o accuse_v they_o when_o they_o do_v ill_a which_o they_o can_v never_o do_v if_o they_o have_v not_o a_o rule_n that_o be_v a_o law_n to_o judge_v they_o by_o a_o law_n which_o tell_v what_o be_v good_a and_o aught_o to_o be_v do_v and_o what_o be_v evil_a and_o to_o be_v eschew_v 17._o behold_v thou_o be_v call_v a_o jew_n and_o rest_v in_o the_o law_n and_o make_v thy_o boast_n of_o god_n 17._o but_o whereas_o thou_o think_v o_o jew_n that_o thou_o shall_v escape_v the_o judgement_n of_o god_n because_o thou_o be_v a_o jew_n and_o because_o thou_o have_v deep_a knowledge_n in_o the_o law_n of_o god_n etc._n etc._n i_o tell_v thou_o that_o thou_o be_v so_o far_o from_o escape_v the_o judgement_n of_o god_n
of_o the_o first_o chapter_n and_o be_v a_o illation_n from_o thence_o yet_o have_v they_o some_o reflection_n upon_o that_o latter_a part_n of_o the_o first_o chapter_n also_o which_o mention_v and_o set_v forth_o the_o sin_n of_o the_o gentile_n for_o whereas_o the_o apostle_n do_v there_o reckon_v up_o many_o sin_n of_o the_o gentile_n and_o show_v that_o they_o be_v by_o the_o judgement_n of_o god_n worthy_a of_o death_n we_o must_v conceive_v that_o the_o jew_n hear_v this_o do_v approve_v the_o sentence_n of_o god_n and_o proud_o condemn_v the_o gentile_n as_o worthy_a of_o death_n for_o these_o their_o sin_n whereupon_o the_o apostle_n take_v a_o occasion_n to_o condemn_v the_o jew_n out_o of_o his_o own_o mouth_n see_v that_o he_o hold_v the_o truth_n in_o unrighteousness_n as_o well_o as_o the_o gentile_a and_o do_v the_o same_o thing_n as_o the_o gentile_n do_v who_o he_o condemn_v thou_o be_v inexcusable_a i._n e._n thou_o can_v not_o be_v excuse_v nor_o defend_v from_o etc._n etc._n i._n e._n with_o the_o same_o judgement_n or_o with_o the_o same_o sentence_n with_o which_o thou_o condemne_v the_o gentile_a and_o judge_v he_o worthy_a of_o death_n thou_o condemne_v thyself_o and_o judge_v thyself_o wherein_o i._o e._n wherewith_o or_o by_o which_o supple_a judgement_n note_v that_o the_o preposition_n in_o according_a to_o the_o hebrew_n manner_n may_v be_v take_v for_o with_o or_o by_o thou_o judge_v the_o apostle_n speak_v not_o here_o of_o public_a judgement_n whereby_o a_o public_a judge_n do_v by_o his_o authority_n condemn_v a_o malefactor_n that_o according_a to_o truth_n against_o they_o which_o commit_v such_o thing_n between_o this_o and_o the_o forego_n verse_n we_o must_v understand_v that_o the_o jew_n hear_v the_o apostle_n say_v that_o he_o to_o wit_n the_o jew_n condemn_v himself_o in_o that_o wherein_o he_o judge_v the_o gentile_a because_o he_o do_v the_o same_o thing_n grow_v hot_a and_o angry_a with_o the_o apostle_n for_o that_o the_o apostle_n make_v no_o difference_n between_o a_o gentile_a and_o he_o which_o be_v a_o jew_n and_o break_v out_o into_o these_o or_o the_o like_a word_n but_o what_o if_o i_o condemn_v teach_v by_o answer_v tacit_a objection_n and_o question_n the_o chief_a scope_n of_o the_o apostle_n in_o the_o first_o part_n of_o this_o his_o epistle_n be_v to_o show_v that_o justification_n be_v not_o by_o the_o work_n of_o the_o moral_a law_n yet_o because_o the_o jew_n think_v that_o he_o may_v be_v justify_v though_o he_o have_v not_o observe_v the_o moral_a law_n by_o be_v a_o jew_n believe_v not_o what_o god_n promise_v but_o believe_v only_o their_o own_o conceit_n they_o which_o reject_v christ_n and_o so_o believe_v not_o the_o promise_n of_o god_n be_v the_o far_o great_a part_n of_o the_o jew_n yet_o as_o though_o they_o have_v be_v but_o a_o very_a small_a part_n the_o apostle_n say_v what_o if_o some_o have_v not_o believe_v but_o note_v that_o in_o this_o place_n this_o word_n some_o be_v not_o oppose_v to_o many_o as_o usual_o it_o be_v but_o to_o all_o and_o so_o to_o be_v here_o take_v and_o so_o be_v it_o take_v chap._n 11_o 17._o where_o the_o apostle_n for_o note_n that_o these_o word_n be_v cite_v out_o of_o psalm_n 51._o v._o 4._o where_o they_o be_v use_v in_o the_o second_o person_n and_o therefore_o be_v here_o cite_v in_o the_o second_o person_n but_o though_o they_o be_v here_o cite_v in_o the_o second_o person_n yet_o may_v they_o be_v interpret_v as_o if_o they_o be_v speak_v in_o the_o three_o for_o the_o apostle_n when_o he_o bring_v any_o testimony_n out_o of_o scripture_n he_o cite_v it_o for_o the_o most_o part_n as_o it_o lie_v in_o the_o text_n from_o which_o he_o bring_v it_o not_o regard_v the_o grammatical_a 51._o psalm_n v._o 4_o which_o be_v a_o penitential_a psalm_n where_o in_o david_n confess_v the_o sin_n which_o he_o commit_v in_o go_v into_o bathsheba_n the_o wife_n of_o vriah_n and_o slay_v
