act_v the_o abomination_n of_o israel_n in_o preach_v for_o hire_n and_o divine_v for_o money_n and_o in_o cry_v peace_n to_o the_o wicked_a by_o a_o law_n and_o maintain_v they_o through_o the_o oppression_n of_o the_o poor_a in_o the_o cry_a oppression_n of_o tithe_n or_o otherwise_o impose_v such_o thing_n upon_o the_o tender_a conscience_n by_o any_o act_n or_o statute_n make_v or_o allow_v by_o you_o god_n shall_v not_o hear_v your_o cry_n nor_o answer_v your_o request_n nor_o ever_o establish_v you_o in_o peace_n nor_o the_o nation_n over_o which_o you_o be_v set_v likewise_o if_o you_o make_v a_o law_n or_o allow_v such_o a_o one_o to_o be_v act_v which_o any_o way_n may_v tie_v or_o limit_v the_o spirit_n of_o the_o lord_n in_o any_o of_o his_o servant_n from_o reprove_v you_o guiltless_a nay_o assure_o if_o you_o do_v but_o hide_v your_o face_n from_o the_o suffer_v of_o such_o who_o through_o the_o wickedness_n of_o some_o under_o you_o may_v be_v afflict_v upon_o such_o a_o account_n you_o shall_v not_o be_v altogether_o innocent_a but_o god_n hand_n shall_v be_v upon_o you_o likewise_o if_o any_o for_o conscience_n sake_n deny_v to_o swear_v upon_o any_o member_n of_o one_o head_n and_o mind_n always_o the_o testimony_n of_o truth_n its_o self_n and_o walk_v therein_o and_o you_o can_v stumble_v have_v not_o respect_n to_o person_n but_o to_o the_o truth_n only_o for_o person_n may_v change_v but_o the_o truth_n abide_v for_o ever_o so_o let_v not_o a_o evil_a eye_n look_v at_o evil_a when_o it_o come_v to_o pass_v to_o take_v occasion_n thereby_o against_o the_o truth_n for_o than_o you_o stumble_v and_o fall_v but_o i_o say_v again_o have_v respect_n only_o to_o the_o pure_a testimony_n of_o truth_n which_o be_v sure_a and_o can_v mountain_n and_o as_o concern_v all_o your_o affliction_n and_o suffering_n and_o trial_n and_o persecution_n and_o whatsoever_o be_v lay_v upon_o you_o by_o the_o lord_n or_o by_o man_n i_o say_v bear_v all_o thing_n patient_o and_o endure_v all_o thing_n in_o long-suffering_a these_o thing_n be_v but_o for_o a_o moment_n and_o they_o be_v not_o worthy_a to_o be_v compare_v with_o the_o price_n of_o god_n inheritance_n and_o if_o you_o dwell_v in_o the_o counsel_n of_o the_o lord_n all_o these_o thing_n will_v be_v turn_v unto_o your_o good_a in_o all_o trial_n and_o suffering_n the_o lord_n arm_n will_v be_v reveal_v and_o these_o thing_n must_v come_v to_o pass_v that_o truth_n may_v appear_v in_o its_o beauty_n in_o victory_n over_o all_o that_o which_o do_v oppose_v it_o and_o vengeance_n be_v the_o lord_n and_o he_o will_v repay_v for_o he_o do_v inquire_v after_o our_o blood_n though_o no_o man_n lay_v it_o to_o heart_n or_o consider_v the_o cause_n or_o unjust_a suffering_n of_o the_o innocent_a who_o be_v become_v a_o prey_n to_o the_o ungodly_a and_o unjust_a man_n till_o god_n arise_v to_o plead_v our_o cause_n and_o all_o affliction_n and_o suffering_n be_v but_o for_o to_o try_v and_o prove_v they_o be_v not_o to_o confound_v or_o destroy_v the_o lord_n people_n and_o therefore_o in_o patience_n they_o must_v be_v bear_v and_o the_o life_n of_o the_o inward_a man_n to_o rule_v govern_v or_o exercise_v authority_n over_o the_o conscience_n of_o any_o in_o spiritual_a matter_n and_o case_n between_o god_n and_o man_n conscience_n this_o dominion_n and_o authority_n only_o partain_v to_o the_o inward_a government_n and_o rule_n of_o jesus_n christ_n by_o his_o eternal_a spirit_n but_o not_o to_o any_o outward_a government_n of_o king_n prince_n parliament_n or_o any_o other_o they_o i_o say_v ought_v only_o to_o exercise_v authority_n over_o the_o person_n and_o estate_n of_o people_n in_o all_o just_a and_o lawful_a thing_n and_o matter_n but_o not_o over_o the_o conscience_n of_o any_o in_o the_o exercise_n of_o duty_n towards_o god_n or_o in_o the_o case_n and_o matter_n of_o worship_n and_o religion_n 2._o the_o exercise_n and_o execution_n of_o this_o just_a government_n over_o the_o outward_a man_n as_o afore_o describe_v aught_o to_o be_v commit_v into_o the_o hand_n of_o faithful_a just_a and_o upright_a man_n such_o as_o fear_v the_o lord_n and_o hate_n covetousness_n and_o every_o evil_a way_n in_o all_o kingdom_n of_o the_o world_n the_o execution_n of_o the_o government_n in_o all_o just_a law_n ought_v i_o say_v to_o be_v commit_v to_o such_o man_n and_o not_o to_o drunkard_n liar_n covetous_a or_o evil-minded_n person_n ambitious_a or_o vain_a glorious_a person_n in_o any_o nation_n such_o as_o these_o ought_v not_o to_o be_v entrust_v with_o the_o execution_n of_o the_o government_n and_o the_o good_a law_n of_o any_o kingdom_n for_o such_o will_v not_o be_v a_o blessing_n unto_o the_o land_n nor_o unto_o any_o people_n but_o a_o curse_n and_o the_o cause_n of_o provoke_a god_n to_o vengeance_n and_o wrath_n against_o themselves_o the_o people_n and_o the_o government_n if_o such_o
