may_v preach_v the_o gospel_n to_o the_o nation_n 3._o here_o be_v the_o greatness_n of_o the_o danger_n from_o which_o he_o be_v deliver_v viz._n from_o the_o mouth_n of_o the_o lion_n i_o from_o the_o hand_n of_o nero_n that_o cruel_a tyrant_n 4._o here_o be_v paul_n confidence_n and_o full_a assurance_n build_v upon_o this_o experience_n for_o time_n to_o come_v v_o 18._o 1._o that_o the_o lord_n will_v deliver_v he_o from_o every_o evil_a work_n 2._o that_o he_o will_v preserve_v he_o to_o his_o heavenly_a kingdom_n q._n d._n though_o the_o lord_n will_v not_o deliver_v i_o from_o suffering_n yet_o i_o know_v he_o will_v deliver_v i_o from_o sin_n and_o that_o not_o from_o some_o few_o but_o from_o every_o evil_a work_n and_o though_o he_o will_v not_o preserve_v i_o from_o death_n and_o danger_n yet_o i_o be_o sure_a he_o will_v preserve_v i_o beyond_o they_o to_o a_o state_n of_o everlasting_a glory_n even_o to_o his_o heavenly_a kingdom_n 5._o he_o conclude_v with_o a_o sweet_a doxology_n his_o heart_n be_v inflame_v with_o the_o sense_n of_o god_n love_n to_o he_o in_o his_o deliverance_n past_a and_o mercy_n to_o come_v he_o take_v nothing_o to_o himself_o but_o ascribe_v all_o to_o god_n to_o he_o be_v glory_n and_o that_o for_o ever_o and_o this_o he_o seal_v up_o and_o confirm_v with_o the_o usual_a particle_n of_o asseveration_n and_o ratification_n amen_n so_o be_v it_o the_o explication_n but_o the_o lord_n stand_v with_o i_o or_o gerhard_n by_o i_o and_o assist_v i_o against_o the_o desertion_n of_o man_n he_o oppose_v the_o aid_n and_o assistance_n of_o christ_n though_o he_o be_v forsake_v of_o all_o and_o have_v no_o comfort_n nor_o help_v from_o man_n yet_o christ_n assist_v he_o by_o the_o gracious_a presence_n of_o his_o
