spiritual_a work_n but_o tribute_n toll_n custom_n which_o be_v wage_n payable_a by_o all_o sort_n of_o man_n native_n and_o foreigner_n who_o enjoy_v the_o same_o benefit_n of_o public_a peace_n and_o commerce_n in_o the_o nation_n six_o since_o the_o civil_a magistrate_n whether_o king_n or_o parliament_n state_n and_o governor_n can_v receive_v no_o more_o in_o justice_n then_o what_o the_o people_n give_v and_o be_v therefore_o but_o the_o eye_n and_o hand_n and_o instrument_n of_o the_o people_n simple_o consider_v judah_n without_o respect_n to_o this_o or_o that_o religion_n it_o must_v inevitable_o follow_v as_o former_o i_o have_v touch_v that_o if_o magistrate_n have_v receive_v their_o power_n from_o the_o people_n than_o the_o great_a number_n of_o the_o people_n of_o every_o land_n have_v receive_v from_o christ_n jesus_n a_o power_n to_o establish_v correct_v reform_v his_o saint_n and_o servant_n his_o wife_n and_o spouse_n the_o church_n and_o she_o that_o by_o the_o express_a word_n of_o the_o lord_n psal._n 149._o bind_v king_n in_o chain_n and_o noble_n in_o link_n of_o iron_n must_v herself_o be_v subject_a to_o the_o changeable_a pleasure_n of_o the_o people_n of_o the_o world_n which_o lie_v in_o wickedness_n 1_o john_n 5._o even_o in_o matter_n of_o heavenly_a and_o spiritual_a nature_n hence_o therefore_o in_o all_o controversy_n concern_v the_o church_n ministry_n and_o worship_n the_o last_o appeal_v must_v come_v to_o the_o bar_n of_o the_o people_n or_o commonweal_n where_o all_o may_v personal_o meet_v as_o in_o some_o commonweal_n of_o small_a number_n or_o in_o great_a by_o their_o representative_n hence_o then_o no_o person_n esteem_v a_o believer_n 9_o and_o add_v to_o the_o church_n no_o officer_n choose_v and_o ordain_v no_o person_n cast_v forth_o and_o excommunicate_v but_o as_o the_o commonweal_n and_o people_n please_v and_o in_o conclusion_n no_o church_n of_o christ_n in_o this_o land_n or_o world_n and_o consequent_o no_o visible_o christ_n the_o head_n of_o it_o yea_o yet_o high_o consequent_o no_o god_n in_o the_o world_n worship_v according_a to_o the_o institution_n of_o christ_n jesus_n except_o the_o several_a people_n of_o the_o nation_n of_o the_o world_n shall_v give_v allowance_n peace_n dear_a truth_n oh_o whither_o have_v our_o forefather_n and_o teacher_n lead_v we_o high_o then_o to_o god_n himself_o by_o these_o doctrine_n drive_v out_o of_o the_o world_n you_o can_v rise_v and_o yet_o so_o high_a must_v the_o inevitable_a and_o undeniable_a consequence_n of_o these_o their_o
