necessary_a war_n against_o the_o state_n general_n of_o the_o unite_a province_n the_o motive_n and_o ground_n whereof_o have_v be_v so_o full_o represent_v to_o we_o by_o the_o duke_n of_o lauderdaile_n your_o majesty_n commissioner_n that_o we_o conceive_v ourselves_o oblige_v in_o duty_n to_o make_v this_o solemn_a declaration_n of_o the_o sense_n and_o resentment_n we_o have_v of_o your_o majesty_n honour_n and_o interest_n in_o it_o as_o well_o as_o of_o what_o may_v concern_v our_o own_o security_n and_o therefore_o we_o for_o ourselves_o and_o in_o name_n of_o this_o your_o
