the_o party_n interest_v to_o avoid_v the_o spoil_n of_o the_o say_a commodity_n if_o they_o be_v perishable_a 42._o when_o process_n shall_v be_v move_v in_o the_o first_o or_o second_o instance_n between_o those_o that_o have_v take_v the_o prize_n at_o sea_n security_n person_n interest_v in_o a_o ship_n take_v obtain_v a_o favourable_a judgement_n to_o have_v its_o execution_n upon_o security_n and_o the_o person_n interest_v therein_o and_o the_o say_v interest_v person_n shall_v come_v to_o obtain_v a_o favourable_a judgement_n or_o decree_n the_o say_a judgement_n or_o decree_n shall_v have_v its_o execution_n upon_o security_n give_v notwithstanding_o the_o appeal_n of_o he_o that_o take_v the_o prize_n but_o the_o same_o shall_v not_o hold_v on_o the_o contrary_n and_o that_o which_o be_v say_v in_o this_o present_a and_o in_o the_o precedent_a article_n for_o the_o cause_v of_o good_a and_o speedy_a justice_n to_o be_v do_v unto_o the_o subject_n of_o the_o unite_a
