and_o four_o penny_n be_v rate_v at_o two_o and_o thirty_o thousand_o pound_n but_o in_o truth_n of_o a_o far_o great_a value_n and_o likewise_o in_o the_o sixteenth_o year_n of_o the_o same_o king_n reign_n do_v procure_v divers_a other_o manner_n annex_v to_o the_o crown_n of_o the_o yearly_a value_n at_o the_o old_a rent_n of_o twelve_o hundred_o pound_n or_o thereabouts_o according_a as_o in_o a_o schedule_n hereunto_o annex_v appear_v in_o the_o warrant_n for_o pass_v of_o which_o land_n he_o by_o his_o great_a favour_n procure_v divers_a unusual_a clause_n to_o be_v insert_v viz._n that_o no_o perquisites_n of_o court_n shall_v be_v value_v and_o that_o all_o bailiff_n fee_n shall_v be_v reprise_v in_o the_o particular_n upon_o which_o those_o land_n be_v rate_v whereby_o a_o in_o consideration_n of_o which_o surrender_n he_o procure_v divers_a other_o land_n of_o the_o say_v late_a king_n to_o be_v sell_v and_o contract_v for_o by_o his_o own_o servant_n and_o agent_n and_o thereupon_o have_v obtain_v grant_n of_o the_o same_o to_o pass_v from_o his_o late_a majesty_n to_o several_a person_n of_o this_o kingdom_n and_o have_v cause_v tally_n to_o be_v strike_v for_o the_o money_n be_v the_o consideration_n mention_v in_o those_o grant_n in_o the_o receipt_n of_o the_o exchequer_n as_o if_o any_o such_o money_n have_v real_o come_v to_o his_o majesty_n coffer_n whereas_o the_o duke_n or_o some_o other_o by_o his_o appointment_n have_v indeed_o receive_v the_o same_o sum_n and_o expend_v they_o upon_o his_o own_o occasion_n and_o notwithstanding_o the_o great_a and_o inestimable_a gain_n by_o he_o make_v by_o the_o sale_n of_o office_n honour_n and_o by_o other_o suit_n by_o he_o obtain_v from_o his_o majesty_n and_o for_o the_o countenance_v of_o divers_a project_n and_o other_o course_n burdensome_a to_o his_o majesty_n realm_n both_o of_o england_n and_o ireland_n the_o say_a duke_n have_v likewise_o by_o his_o procurement_n and_o practice_n receive_v into_o his_o hand_n and_o disburse_v to_o his_o own_o use_n exceed_v great_a sum_n that_o be_v the_o money_n of_o the_o late_a king_n of_o famous_a memory_n as_o appear_v also_o in_o the_o say_a schedule_n hereunto_o annex_v and_o the_o better_a to_o colour_v his_o do_n in_o that_o behalf_n have_v obtain_v several_a privy-seal_n from_o his_o late_a majesty_n and_o his_o majesty_n that_o now_o be_v warrant_v the_o payment_n of_o great_a sum_n to_o person_n by_o he_o name_v cause_v it_o to_o be_v recite_v in_o such_o privy-seal_n as_o if_o those_o sum_n be_v direct_v for_o secret_n service_n concern_v the_o state_n whic●_n be_v notwithstanding_o dispose_v of_o to_o his_o own_o use_n and_o other_o privy-seal_n by_o he_o have_v be_v procure_v for_o the_o discharge_n of_o those_o person_n without_o account_n and_o by_o the_o like_a fraud_n and_o practice_n under_o colour_n of_o free_a gift_n from_o his_o majesty_n he_o have_v get_v into_o his_o hand_n great_a sum_n which_o be_v intend_v by_o his_o majesty_n to_o be_v disburse_v for_o the_o prepare_n furnish_v and_o victual_v of_o his_o royal_a navy_n by_o which_o secret_a and_o colourable_a device_n the_o constant_a and_o ordinary_a course_n of_o the_o exchequer_n have_v be_v break_v there_o be_v no_o mean_n by_o matter_n of_o record_n to_o charge_v either_o the_o treasurer_n or_o victualler_n of_o
