by_o the_o rise_n of_o the_o exchange_n abroad_o that_o which_o he_o seem_v to_o lose_v by_o the_o fall_n thereof_o at_o home_n and_o if_o it_o happen_v that_o the_o money_n deliver_v in_o the_o first_o exchange_n be_v not_o remit_v in_o the_o second_o exchange_n but_o otherwise_o employ_v in_o trade_n that_o alter_z not_o the_o case_n by_o malynes_n own_o rule_n which_o be_v 3._o pag._n 3._o that_o commodity_n be_v buy_v and_o sell_v according_a to_o the_o public_a measure_n of_o the_o exchange_n so_o that_o in_o these_o exchange_n there_o be_v no_o certainty_n of_o gain_n or_o loss_n deliver_v by_o exchange_n during_o which_o time_n the_o manifold_a occurrent_n which_o be_v contigent_a to_o trade_n may_v vary_v the_o gain_n or_o loss_n to_o either_o party_n but_o because_o malynes_n will_v make_v the_o world_n believe_v exchange_n §._o 11._o the_o use_n of_o exchange_n that_o there_o be_v some_o great_a mystery_n in_o this_o kind_n of_o exchange_n let_v we_o come_v a_o little_o near_a home_n in_o consider_v the_o use_n or_o abuse_v thereof_o this_o kind_n of_o politic_n exchange_n be_v a_o excellent_a policy_n of_o trade_n i_o may_v say_v of_o state_n and_o concern_v both_o the_o king_n and_o kingdom_n it_o concern_v the_o king_n when_o by_o the_o benefit_n of_o the_o exchange_n his_o majesty_n affair_n of_o state_n and_o high_a consequence_n may_v be_v furnish_v with_o money_n in_o foreign_a part_n upon_o all_o occasion_n without_o the_o exportation_n of_o any_o of_o his_o own_o treasure_n it_o concern_v the_o kingdom_n both_o in_o respect_n of_o nobleman_n and_o tradesman_n of_o nobleman_n when_o by_o the_o benefit_n of_o exchange_n young_a nobleman_n and_o gentleman_n may_v be_v supply_v with_o money_n in_o their_o travel_n without_o the_o danger_n &_o inconvenience_n of_o carry_v over_o money_n which_o without_o the_o exchange_n can_v not_o be_v avoid_v of_o tradesman_n and_o that_o principal_o in_o respect_n of_o merchant_n and_o clothier_n of_o merchant_n old_a and_o yong._n of_o old_a merchant_n who_o mean_n although_o good_a yet_o through_o the_o deadness_n of_o time_n &_o trade_n a_o good_a man_n estate_n may_v be_v out_o of_o his_o hand_n in_o debt_n and_o ware_n which_o may_v be_v supply_v by_o the_o benefit_n of_o exchange_n of_o young_a merchant_n who_o have_v little_a mean_n and_o less_o credit_n with_o the_o usurer_n without_o a_o surety_n who_o every_o young_a man_n nor_o old_a neither_o have_v at_o command_n may_v supply_v themselves_o upon_o their_o own_o credit_n with_o great_a sum_n of_o money_n by_o exchange_n the_o least_o part_n whereof_o they_o can_v not_o have_v have_v without_o a_o surety_n at_o interest_n which_o be_v a_o singular_a benefit_n to_o young_a merchant_n and_o tend_v to_o a_o very_a great_a enlargement_n of_o trade_n of_o clothier_n for_o when_o the_o cloth-market_n be_v dead_a and_o when_o the_o clothier_n can_v sell_v his_o
