dispose_v thereof_o in_o open_a market_n or_o howsoever_o else_o to_o their_o and_o every_o of_o their_o best_a advantage_n and_o benefit_n in_o as_o ample_a manner_n as_o at_o any_o time_n heretofore_o have_v be_v accustom_v by_o way_n of_o reprisal_n and_o to_o have_v and_o enjoy_v the_o same_o as_o lawful_a prize_n and_o as_o their_o own_o proper_a good_n so_o that_o neither_o the_o other_o and_o adjudge_v as_o aforesaid_a without_o any_o damage_n loss_n hindrance_n trouble_v molestation_n or_o encumbrance_n to_o befall_v the_o say_v buyer_n or_o any_o of_o they_o in_o as_o ample_a and_o lawful_a manner_n as_o if_o the_o say_a ship_n good_n ware_n and_o merchandise_n have_v be_v come_v and_o get_v by_o the_o lawful_a traffic_n of_o merchant_n or_o of_o just_a prize_n in_o time_n of_o open_a war._n provide_v always_o that_o all_o ship_n good_n and_o merchandize_n take_v by_o virtue_n of_o this_o our_o commission_n shall_v be_v keep_v in_o safety_n and_o no_o part_n of_o they_o spoil_v waste_a or_o diminish_v nor_o the_o bulk_n thereof_o break_v until_o judgement_n have_v first_o pass_v as_o aforesaid_a that_o they_o be_v the_o ship_n and_o merchandize_n of_o the_o state_n general_n or_o some_o of_o their_o subject_n as_o aforesaid_a and_o if_o by_o colour_n of_o this_o our_o commission_n there_o shall_v be_v take_v any_o ship_n good_n or_o merchandize_n of_o any_o of_o our_o love_a subject_n or_o the_o subject_n of_o any_o prince_n or_o state_n in_o good_a league_n or_o amity_n with_o we_o except_o the_o state_n general_n or_o their_o subject_n as_o aforesaid_a and_o the_o good_n therein_o lade_v sell_v embezled_a or_o â—â—â—â—â—ed_v or_o the_o bulk_n thereof_o break_v in_o any_o place_n before_o they_o shall_v be_v adjudge_v to_o belong_v to_o the_o say_a state_n general_n or_o to_o some_o of_o their_o subject_n as_o aforesaid_a that_o then_o this_o commission_n shall_v be_v of_o no_o sufficient_a authority_n to_o take_v the_o say_a ship_n good_n and_o merchandize_n or_o to_o warrant_n and_o save_v harmless_a such_o as_o shall_v receive_v buy_v or_o intermeddle_v therein_o but_o that_o both_o the_o prize_n so_o take_v and_o the_o say_a ship_n of_o war_n shall_v be_v confiscate_v to_o our_o use_n and_o further_o we_o do_v hereby_o declare_v that_o it_o be_v our_o will_n and_o pleasure_n that_o this_o our_o commission_n shall_v
